I ordered two glittery bird ornaments; one gold and the other is red. They arrived in perfect condition. They both have nice long feathered tails and not only clipped easily onto my artificial Christmas tree, but also stay in place. I am really pleased with these ornaments!
On December 7th, I ordered a short string of 35 LED Xmas lights. (Living in rural Vermont, we have no local box stores) This was to complete a display I did for my home. It was $8.99 for the lights and a $5.00 ship charge. This I had no issue with.
From time to time I checked my order and it noted that it was "Waiting Fulfillment". I was cleaning my desk today December 28th and found my original correspondence and went to find it was still "Waiting Fulfillment"... So I contacted Christmas Central and requested the cancel the order since it was 3 Days after Christmas. First I used the chat with no success, so I called them on their 800 #, to which I reiterated that since I had yet received it they could not cancel since the order was in the warehouse. They then offered to give me an update... While waiting, I checked their on line catalog and it stated that they had 173 strings of these lights in stock... minutes later an e-mail was issued to me that they would be shipped today. I responded with a note of my issues and was told I could return them with an additional shipping charge. Never once did they admit that they lost the order. And to boot, this correspondence was "a form letter. Yea... I will just put these lights away for next year and buyer beware because if this is how they handle small purchases, what would have happened if I bought a Xmas tree and it arrived a week after Christmas. (note that we did 75% of our shopping this year and this was the only issue)
I purchased merchandise from Christmas Central last December to put up for 2021 Christmas. One of my candy canes I paid $100 for, it's not even working and I haven't even used it one year yet. So be careful of what you purchase and make sure it works-during a long period of time to test it out. I plugged up it came on when I purchased it -so I put it up for 2021 Christmas and now it don't work. Very unsatisfied, because I feel like I just wasted and threw away money. They want even replace it. I was told 30 days, but I didn't need to put it up after the Christmas season.

I recently received a Christmas nutcracker from Christmas Central that arrived in a badly damaged and poorly taped box. The nutcracker did not have any protective wrapping or at least inside a second box that would normally be shipped in. It was not an inexpensive nutcracker and was ordered for my granddaughter. The nutcracker itself was poorly made, glitter paint all over and glue runover on the seams, one shoe was crooked, and one of the drum mallets was broken. Needless to say I would not trust purchasing anything from this company again.
Hello Dorthy, I apologize that your item was damaged in transit. Unfortunately, the delivery services don't get the feedback from sites like this. As for packaging, it looks from your photo as if there is some sort of styrofoam packaging inside. Can you provide your order number please and have you contacted customer service for a reship yet?
BUYER BEWARE…. Ordered a $200 LED Lighted Cmas tree. After asking for shipping updated several times, I received it 7 months later. Packaging was very poor. Three strands of lights did not work, plastic star on top was broken off. It appears that I received a previous return from someone else who realized it was defective and then reshipped to me. Contacted Christmas Central today who refused to accommodate my replacement request. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this company
Hello Alan. I'm sorry to hear you are disappointed in your experience. May I have your order number? It says you received shipping updates 7 months after placing an order. I'm wondering if this is a typo? We do not repackage defective returns. Our policy allows customer service to replace any broken item so I would like to look into what happened here.
I ordered the 8 functional candy cane lights and the shipping box was opened and resealed, upon opening the lights you could tell they were used not new plus missing the stakes. I paid for new candy cane lights, all you get to chat with is not a live person, Basil

You can email customer service at [email protected] and speak with a different agent if you choose. I can assure you that we do not supply used products. We do wish you would contact customer service. Unfortunately, this is a site that collects negative reviews and asks companies to sign up to pay for an account to deal with reviews. It is not a legitimate review site such as google or trust spot. If you take a look at google, we have a 4.4/5 star reviews and trustspot is 4/5 star reviews. We take our reputation very seriously and many customers do not know that this is a site designed to get money from companies. Regardless, we are here to help. Should have read these reviews before I ordered from here. I ordered a Christmas tree and lights on October 17th. I received the lights within a few days but not the tree. I checked the tracking label for the tree and it said it was printed but not shipped. I called a week later and was told that they are "checking" with their warehouse. It is now 3 weeks later and after several phone calls and multiple emails I'm still getting the please wait 2 days while we check with the warehouse. They charged my card for the full amount; not just the lights. Guess I have to file a dispute for the charge.

Sitejabber is a site that collects negative reviews and asks companies to pay to interact with the customers who leave reviews here. Unfortunately, most customers do not know that. We have been in business since 2001 and ship 2 million packages a year as a family owned business. That said, I am very sorry you got the wrong order. This is not a typical experience. If I have your order number I will talk to our warehouse and customer service manager to find out what happened here.
I placed a order for 4 x 200mm christmas tree shatterproof balls with 15 matching 70mm shatterproof balls. The 2 of the shatterproof balls were damaged and holes in them and the other 2 were scratched really bad and not worth putting on a tree. The damage was not from shipping it was from packing items in a box that was too small.
Contacted their support and they said they would refund the damaged products because they could not replace the damaged product because out of stock.
I said I wanted to return the small balls since I no longer have any matching larger ones. I was told I had to pay for return shipping because it's buyers remorse. Even after I explained I am only returning because they can not replace the damaged product.
They just wanted to argue with me that I have to pay for shipping and would provide a label but would deduct from my refund.

Customer service is not very good at all. I placed an order, I made a mistake & called within 2 hours to cancel to REORDER the correct items & was refused because a shipping label had been created. Really?
The only reason this is not a ONE star is because I need the lights.
I'm so ready to quit everything... they didn't help.

It is too bad that I can't give them 0 stars. This item was not only used but it was broken and filthy with many loose parts as they couldn't be attached due to the condition.

I PURCHASES AN EAGLE FOR 500 DOLLARS FROM THEM AND HAD IT SET UP IN MY GARDEN BY A PROFFESIONAL CARPENTER.iT IS SUPPOSED TO MOVE IT'S WINGS WITH THE WIND. I ordered multiple different things from this store and half of them were either dirty, had their tags missing, or came in a damaged box. It seemed as if half of the things I ordered were used. I will never be ordering from them again. They also have horrible customer service. They do not help me when I contacted them about my damaged products, and their shipping takes forever.

I had never used this company before and was very hesitant about using them this time, however I needed some lights in bulk for a wedding venue. I was on a time line which is why I ordered them early. It seemed as though everything was going fine. The order was placed, it was shipped and I even got my tracking number that said the item had been delivered into my mailbox. Upon checking the mailbox there were no lights I then called the customer service line where they have no idea what happened and all they could do was offer me a refund or a replacement in which case I need these lights within a certain amount of time as mentioned before, to get ready to open the venue.The fastest shipping they could offer me was 3-5 business days which was not feasible so I took the refund instead. This will be the last time I ever order anything from them. Seems to me they could have done a better job of rectifying my problem by sending the item overnight at their expense. Very disappointed!
Stay away from this company. Their customer service is lousy. They do not screen items prior to shipping and send damaged goods that cannot be seen until items are removed from original packaging. People order Christmas decorations before they need them. When you get them out and discover they are damaged, their 14 day return policy is null and void. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!
L ordered the 3 foot commercial Santa in November, it arrived broken in December. And no wonder. There was no packing material! After a series of emails back and forth they offered me a 20% discount! Finally I shipped it back for a refund. It's February 9th and I haven't heard anything, so it looks like I'm out my entire purchase price of nearly $300. Don't buy anything from these people. I might see if the BBB can help.

Ordered Christmas ornaments on Dec 1,2020. It is Jan 21,2012, the order status shows that it hasn't even been dispatched, and I've had to file with my credit card in order to get a refund as I never got the items.
I've contact them three times over the course of a month about canceling my order and they keep giving the same excuse to wait a couple of days for the warehouse to get back to them.
The customer service is horrible and gives you the run around instead of returning the money.
If you've ever decided to order two items, make sure you do not order on the same day. They will send you one item under one order. I am missing my second order of $200 and waiting three weeks already. Their Customer Service is terrible, good luck if you understand someone speaking from India.
I placed an order on Jan 7th (order #*******) and after one week the status was still "awaiting fulfillment". I messaged with the "bot" and found my order but stated that they had sent an email to "Lily" (not my name but they seemed to have my correct email address) and that they had oversold on the item and there were 2 choices-Option 1: We can cancel this order and refund in its entirety back to your original form of payment.
Option 2: We would be happy to send a replacement item of your choosing, up to 125% ($312.49) from the Christmas Central storefront. I asked to have the order cancelled and a refund submitted at which point in time, they then told me they had to go back to the warehouse to the manager there about the refund. At this point in time, I'm waiting for the refund but I will be disputing it on my credit card as well. Horrible experience. I wish I had read these reviews before I attempted to buy this wreath.

We did have some issues in November/December 2015 following a large snowstorm (7 feet of snow) that destroyed our warehouse, but since then we have completely rebuilt, plus added a new warehouse system that has eliminated many of the issues.
