We have owned one of ChristmasCentral.com's products for less than 30 days. We love the item and we're so happy to find it online. However, it is malfunctioning. I contacted the company to report this and ask for an exchange. They said that can only be done within 7 days of having the product.
Good luck if you use this company. It's ironic, isn't it? A Christmas company that does not give a rat's $#*! about their customers? That's the way it is. I wrote the company three emails last night, complaining about their poor service.
And then, this morning, the company reached out helpfully:. This morning, two people from the company reached out to me to try to come to terms. One offered me a refund. The other offered me a choice of either a refund or replacement. The people today were helpful, polite and accommodating.
Put red and white led lights up 3 weeks before Christmas. After 2 weeks noticed the lights in sections getting dim now they do not work at all. Some parts of the light working some just went black. Called customer service, said only a week to return. Explained they were working but now they are not manager tried to say it was a weather issue. Save yourself time and money and buy from a honest company. Don't deal with this company.

I ordered a set of beaded lights, website said they had 39 sets in stock. Two weeks later still hasn't shipped and I can't seem to get in contact with anyone at the company

I ordered a 100' of garland on 12/4 ( Sunday). Chose cheapest shipping. Received package on 12/10. Great quality and lowest price and fast shipping. You may not be able to reach them on the phone this time of year, but they do respond to emails reasonable fast.

Purchased the 7.5 foot Roosevelt Fir Christmas Tree, the initial package sent was a 2 foot tree. Called customer service, pretty much told me that was impossible. Had to send pictures and finally received a refund and sent the tree back. Reordered the tree a 2nd time on 10/5/22, this time received the correct tree. The weekend before Thanksgiving put the tree up and decorated. Came home from work to a tree that has fallen "glass everywhere" due to the stand breaking in the weld area. Called customer service, again they wanted pictures, sent them over as per request. Received an email back stating that they are sorry but there is nothing they can do to rectify the situation. This company is poorly operated and their customer service skills are lacking to say the least. I just need another stand that fits this tree. I went to a local Christmas store to purchase a stand, but it is too big for the base of the tree, now my tree is tied to the wall using a cording and screw. Arvin the employee at Christmas Central was of no help and no one can put you in touch with management.

Spent over $800 with this company. None of the net lights lasted more than a month or two. Buyer beware of their 30 day return policy. Please do not buy from this company.

I bought it in August. Paid 600 dollars for the tree. Obviuously I am not going to put it up in august so I put it in my closet... Got it all up and together today and plugged it in... The lights where on for less than a minute and then went out. I asked customer service what to do and they told me I have had it over 30 days and there is nothing they can do to help and have a good day... That is just horrible customer service!
Never write reviews but just spent an hour trying to return crappy, damaged items from poor packaging for a store credit... figured it was my bad didn't read the return policy which is you pay for shipping and take a 15% resocking fee or store credit. Couldn't get it. Its under review. Had to send mulitple pics. Beyond absud.
I ordered two 7.5' pencil white Christmas trees with warm white LED lights. A week later, I get a refund for my order. No call or email explanation as to why I was refunded. I called and they said they did not have any left. Then take it off your website! I then ordered two different pencil white trees. When they arrived, both trees were very cheap looking. On BOTH trees, the top section is white, while the lower 2 sections are more of a purple white. The top section does not fit in the hole snug and it sways from side to side. The top section is also larger than the middle section. Obviously, the tress were pieced together with incorrect parts. Also, the LED lights constantly flickered! I will NEVER order from Christmas Central again. I sent them pictures and they would not refund my money until I returned both trees and they inspect them. I live in a very rural area, so that is out of the question. I lost almost $500 on total junk. Lesson learned.
Due to what they are calling a glitch and malfunction my order was cancelled. They advertised items on sale then decided to refund me due to the sale price being too heavily discounted. I will never purchase anything from this site again. Terrible way to do business. To make up for their mistake I was offered a whopping 10% discount if I subscribe to their annoying daily emails. BS. Never shopping with Christmas Central again.
Hello Dustin, we did have a data malfunction this weekend that affected a small portion of products and orders. The correct sale price was quickly remedied. We do apologize for the inconvenience. We do not send daily emails.
Wreaths came bent and not as described. Tried to contact customer service and they were rude and after sending pictures basically called me a liar and said that there was nothing they would do for this order. Products are crappy quality! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

We spent over $2,000.00 from Christmas Central on lighted trees and after we spent Hours to put them together, the lights didn't work. They replaced them and the replacement didn't work. The next year they said they didn't have any in stock, This year we asked for a refund. It was clear we were not going to get working lighted trees. After countless phone messages and e mails nothing satisfactory has been resolved. A manager sent one email with an offer to refund 20% of our refund for store credit. Store credit for more defective product? We have no working trees or no refund. Customers be aware…

I ordered Red and white alternating Christmas Lights, Candy Cane Themed from Christmas Central. These are like impossible to find. They shipped fast, came early and look amazing! I really think i can use them for Valentines Day as well. I am really amazed at all the light color combinations Christmas Central has, compared to the big box stores.

I assure you Macys (not through your site) was selling the exactly same and brand owl for 90 dollars but usually marked down to about 30. I ordered it from your Christmas clearance for $13.99 and one of the balls was missing off his hat. Also a huge red broken and scratched ornament that I never ordered was in the box. I placed an order through Walmart that shipped from you and it was perfect but every item I order directly from you is damaged. I'm just telling the truth.

I ordered 3 pieces of yard art from ChristmasCentral.com and boy is it gorgeous. It each came in its own box via UPS and set up within minutes. All my neighbors are commenting on how great my Christmas decorations look this year. I ordered the deer and the train set and my house is all lit up and was a breeze. I will definitely order from this company again.

We did have some issues in November/December 2015 following a large snowstorm (7 feet of snow) that destroyed our warehouse, but since then we have completely rebuilt, plus added a new warehouse system that has eliminated many of the issues.
