Therewas no questions asked. Just, instantly a quick response to replace and make me happy. Replacement arrived quickly. Love it.
My tree arrived quickly and on time, and the price wasn't bad, but the box came crushed. Thankfully the tree was completely fine. I don't think it's Christmas Central's fault the package was messed up, it was most likely the USPS carriers, but it was the only dissatisfying part of my overall experience. Tree looks good though.
I found a darling nutcracker dressed like a dentist with a toothbrush in one hand and a set of teeth in the other. I ordered one and it came and I loved it. I ordered another for my oral surgeon and there was some kind of mix up that Paypal cancelled the order. I paid for the second item with my charge. I called Christmas Central and got it straightened out, and shortly after that received my second nutcracker. I had no problem with Christmas Central, and I'm happy with my merchandise.
I own this lantern and my daughter loves it. As a surprise I ordered one for her. The first one we received lit up but does not circulate the snow. The company was gracious enough to mail another lantern. This one has a faulty plug in the back where the usb cord plugs in. When you try to insert the plug the outlet went inside the base. My husband has takes the base off and is in the process of trying to fix it.
The ordering and billing pages do not flow; it kept bouncing back between PayPal and this site. Maybe it was a glitch, or the need to tweak after an update, but, all info should be asked for before showing payment options to prevent this. Once ordered, everything went fine. Order received in a timely manner. Still testing duration of lights.

Was looking for something to bring to the cemetery to put on my dad's grave. And didn't want to spend a ton of money. I found this Angel Praying Solar Statue on Etsy. It was priced a light high for me. I did my homework and found on Christmas Central. The price was great, with free shipping. Arrived earlier than what was promised. Great buying experience.
Some items can't be shipped to my location. I could get one of the two items I wanted shipped to my country but not the other, even though the website said it was in stock.

Ordered a rug, Navy with stars
When package arrived, totally wrong
Turquoise print rug
Called them, they said I need to take pics of the rug
And send copies of sku and the order, and I did that, still waiting for response
I told them I'm having a gathering this weekend I needed that rug for the room and expected them to send the right one out
I bought about 20 sets of net lights. About 20% didn't last through the Christmas season. When I tried to use the remaining lights a few months later about 80% of them didn't work.
I have ordered 4 Star Spangled Banner story bracelets and all of them were delivered broken except one, which I wore for a total of 2 hours before it broke. I give up.

We did have some issues in November/December 2015 following a large snowstorm (7 feet of snow) that destroyed our warehouse, but since then we have completely rebuilt, plus added a new warehouse system that has eliminated many of the issues.
