If you fall for the TV ad for brisket (like I did) you will be hugely disappointed. The brisket is a spoonful of bite sized pieces of overcooked mystery beef. The bowl is lukewarm and unappealing and the whole mess is overpriced. This was our first time at a Chipotle and will be our last.
This location on Sunset near Alvarado has the worse parking situation. It seems like people park in the areas that says 5 or 20 minutes only and stay there for more than that. I usually order online and hope I can find a spot, pick it up, and leave. This particular order did it for me. I am no longer going to this location. Even if I have to go to a different city 5 miles away, I would rather go there instead. Here is what I order (see proof of purchase pic): 1 chicken burrito with corn, guac, sour cream, and cheese. What did I get? A burrito with Black Beans, Hot Red, Sour Cream, Cheese, and Guac (see other pic). So someone named Marissa has my Chicken burrito while I got her Vegan burrito. It is really that hard to understand a simple order from the app or computer? Look how it says Doordash and order 1 of 2. I only order 1 item and yet I got part of a Doordash delivery. It's not really rocket science to understand a simple order. At least McDonald's has another person checking the order. Why can't they? They are part of the same company. Don't they have the same training? I'm not back to this location ever again.
Went here the other day the chips were stale gross, then i ordered 2 sides of rice and let me tell you they charge you $1 for literally 2 tea spoons in a tiny plastic cup, the side of chicken is $2.65 for same tiny again 2 tea spoons of chicken its not gold its rice and chicken then i got over charged $8.59 and when i realized it i was home the they had the nerve to tell me i have to drive back there in order to get my money back well no you can keep it cause i will never enter that crap hole so the owner builds a nice new building and rips off customers to pay for it and the manager tall skinny long haired guy wipes his snot on his hand use a tissue your serving food thank god he didn't touch my food then he did a head check when he thought nobody was looking and picked his butt crack ewwwww.never ever again if you read this do your self a favor and go to q doba Mexican grill all i gotta say when the owner wants to respond to this save your breath and stop ripping people off with those tiny ketchup and mustard condiment plastic cups and calling them side cups what a scam con artist crap.
Greatly love Chipotle Mexican Grill and this is my favorite location. Steve Ells, founder and first CEO, modeled this chain after the burritos in the Mission District of San Francisco. Before I went to chipotle, I had never eaten a burrito like the ones I had so enjoyed in that Mission district. Because of the type of fitness and diet that I am constantly observing, I do not have the tortilla in the burrito but I order a burrito bowl. I always tell them what I want in Spanish and that is always fun: "Me gustaría frijoles negros, pollo, salsa verde, pico de gallo, guacamole, crema agria, queso, lechuga y una Coca cero." They obliged me and humor me. These people are always excellent servers and they aim to please. There is no other fast food place where I'd rather eat than here. So if you want to take me here for lunch, I will be glad to go.
Can't review the food because I can't find a menu to order from. I saw an ad today that said buy one get one free I also found something about a secret menu. But because it's a secret. That won't download either. Coming out of a pandemic it seems crazy not to make sure people can pull up your menu. I tried to give you business sorry I give up.
We are frequent consumers of this food chain and at the Pembroke Pines branch on Hiatus Rd and on the western hemisphere, there are quite a few reasons for complaints. It is usually ordered online and when we go to pick it up it is not ready yet. But yesterday it was the last straw, 3 bowls were ordered and they were sold for less than half! It is unacceptable for something like this to happen. Not to mention, it is clear the head of a manager who provides good customer service. Terrible service.
I placed a catering order directly through chipotle, the delivery driver left 3 huge boxes at my front door and took off! $37 mandatory tip was included in the check. I complained to chipotle and they told me to take it up with door dash! I said I did not order through door dash I ordered through chipotle… at this point they folded their hands. I am very disappointed and will tell this story to everyone, there are a ton of other Mexican restaurants to choose from.
(Catherine the manager Raina customers support) Chipotle of Redding ca. Made a vegetarian burrito with chicken in it poisoning my fiancé that cannot digest meat. She was so ill she vomited and had diarrhea for roughly 12 hours. She is also a Ornitgologist as well as a vegetarian of 25 years. When I tried calling the store to let them know their mistake it took 20 minutes of continuous calling and being disconnected to finally get through to Catherine the manager. Catherine shed zero concern and even sounded as if she thought it was funny saying "oh so you fiancé ate chicken when she wanted tofu" in a crass and condescending tone. Raina the customer support did not return my many messages and emails requesting to talk as I wanted to voice my concerns as this kind of mistake can be fatal to some people with certain food allergies. When I finally got through to Raina she had the same dismissive condescending attitude as Catherine with zero remorse or concern over food poisoning. If I recall they had an issue with food poisoning before and it seems they just Do Not Care if they injure their customers.
I had dine in and food was cold and sodas were very watery. Saw a pregnant employee using a cup to dip out of a larger container the orange hibiscus drink without gloves. Very obvious these employees did not care about cleanliness or the food
I went to order Chipotle from the website. I got three tacos with all my favorite things. I then checked my order and submitted it. When I got my food it was a disgusting mess of soggy tacos with thing I did not order. The worst part was it was topped with extra guacamole something that I hate and did not order.
I went to the Rehoboth Delaware Chipolte for lunch yesterday (4/14/21) and had a bad experience.
I called later to complain to the manager Lawrence Bigford but he was not in so I left a message (with the acting manager) for him to call me. He did not return my call so I tried to contact corporate. Chipolte does not have toll free number for customer service. You can only leave a message on their web site. I did so yesterday leaving the details of my lunch experience. NO RESPONSE. Obviously they don't care.
I have many respiratory issues and anything on my face will put me in a panic. Our governor said no more masks required decided to go eat like a normal person. Was asked to leave even after explaining can't wear a mask due to disability. I've never been treated this way!
My debit card was used to make two unauthorized purcahses on chipotle.com. I contacted the company as soon as I noticed the theft. Here we are, over a month later and I've only been given the run around. Every time I call they know exactly who I am, tell me someone is going to follow up with me, then nothing else happens. I strongly believe that chipotle.com is allowing their employees to get away with petty theft. There are tons of internet scams and credit/debit card scams going on right now. To avoid becoming a victim DO NOT order from chipotle.com.
Very disappointed that they intentionally screwed up my order and Kayla C said there's nothing she can do about it. My order was so sloppy it busted through the bag and all over the floor! Kayla C told me they will NOT remake my order and if i had a problem the GM will b in tomorrow morning!
I have ordered through door dash during this quarantine. Each time, I order a chicken burrito bowl. Each time, my chips are stale beyond belief. I like chipotle, but please serve fresh chips with your dishes. Especially since you are charging extra for them!
I have had this food several times this year. I have gotten some food from them too but today for some reason I got some fresh guacamole with fresh chips. I know what old food looks like and this order I got today was very pleasing and I can post nice green guacamole and fresh-made chips. My burrito is very wet because I did not get the rice nor beans in it. Just veggies and the other wet stuff. I still enjoyed it. My last from this place was not so good and yes I did let everyone know it on Google+ with photos. Check out the photos of this order. Chipotle has good food and sometimes I get an order that is very pleasing and sometimes I get an order that is very disappointing but this time I got an order that was pleasing. I order through Doordash and these delivery drivers did practice no contact at all, one driver actually wore her slippers out. I didn't report her because we are going through hard times but still that is the reason why I pay doordash drivers small tips or no tips at all. Many are so unprofessional like this delivery driver that delivered this order.
Love going to the Chipotle Mexican Grill, The food was excellent and the portion was big! Food was fresh and cooked to order. Employees are very friendly and always greeting customers with a friendly smile.

I had chipotle yesterday in DTLA, the one in Sofia apartment, and I parked in Chipotle's spot, me and my friends were there eating, talking, having a good time. Guess what? When I came out, my car was gone! And I asked apartment security, he said he didn't know, it's not him. Such a liar, so gross. I found his name and his signature on the tow report. He and the tow company work together to tow the car no matter what, to make dirty money. TOO GROSS
This has become my families go to when we want something simple and delicious. We go for the burrito bowls which have never disappointed. Yum...
