You always give more than the usual serving amount, and I appreciate it! You guac is always 10/10 and never disappoints. I will say though that the service is slow sometimes and sometimes you mess up my order when I do delivery, that is why I only go to one instead of delivery.
If you're thinking about ordering chipotle online, don't. Every single time I order online I expect it to come and have the EXACT order, one time I ordered steak in a bowl but they didn't put ANY steak. Another time I ordered 2 burritos and chips but no chips which cost like 2 dollars or sum. Another time is that I got a burrito and I got beans even though I didn't order it. Iv'e ordered chipotle 8 times online hoping it will get better each time but no it's the same BS every time. I don't wanna act like a Karen but this is straight up bs. I also do think it's most likely young adults doing my order and working is stress and it makes you not want to do things right, but please put some effort and think about what your doing to the customer. Who ever is reading this I would personally order irl to make sure they get your order right. They also don't even put the name tags on the right order so I got 2 burritos mixed up, which caused a mess. But overall I don't wanna hate on chipotle even though you just read mt review I want people at chipotle to work harder and actually try because the amount of bad reviews and its a 2.46 outta 5 stars is terrible for a decently large fast food chain.
This place is so rude manager on duty tried to correct me when his employee was giving poor customer service! Then another employee had the nerve to put her two comments in the situation that had nothing to do with her. Every time there is always something with this location now that I am 9 months pregnant I did not bite my tounge. Over the rudeness and disrespect from them! Never again will walk all the way to 117th before going to this week $#*! location
Arriving at 6:30 on a Saturday evening, we found that the restaurant was out of white rice, sauteed vegetables, and CHIPS... out of CHIPS! No one behind the counter seemed at all concerned, no apologies. As we were leaving, we noticed two pick up orders were given CHIPS...
The dining area was filthy: floor was sticky, wet and a large bucket and mop were blocking one of the tables in the middle of the floor. Tables not cleaned, garbage cans overflowing. Too many other options to eat there ever again!
I go here often and everytime the 2 ladies that were up front tonight poor customer service one was sweeping the floor when I got there and never washed her hands just put gloves on to make my food completely screwed up my order and my night I am calling corporate in the am to make a formal complaint I will not pay dang near 28.00 and couldn't even eat this crap meat dry and plus I didn't ask for guac on my son's food I said on the side she just tossed it on both burritos which was clearly not what I asked or desired to pay for. When U have options it should be made the way u asked. I will also make this service known to others via FB and Twitter. This is ridiculous

Are you kidding me? We ordered two burrito bowls (standard beans/rice/toppings) for delivery, because hubby had a "craving" for Mexican and snubbed my offer of freshly-roasted chicken thighs. The price was $30 (!) so we were expecting it to at least look like it did on the menu. Um, no. There were two "bowls" in the bag and 2 plastic forks. No napkins, no nothing. Okay, fine, we're home, so we have napkins and real silverware.
Then... wait for it... we open each bowl and there is NOTHING and I mean NOTHING in either bowl except for a few ounces of mystery meat smeared in the bottom of each bowl. It smelled sort of okay, but it looked like dog food. In fact, the cat hopped up on the counter, probably lured by the smell, took one look, then jumped back down. I have added a photo so you can see what we got.
Hubby filed for a refund and will try to convert this atrocity into nachos so at least we have some food, but I am skeptical. He's a master at all things ethnic and we have the requisite sauces, etc, but I'm betting those roasted chicken thighs don't sound so bad now, right honey?
My husband and I went to Chipotle at the Aventura mall in Miami.we stand there for about 10 minutes no one was there. Than a young lady came to serve us with no smile, took our order, spoke very low Couldn't hardly hear her I had to say excuse me about 3 times. Then she pushes our bowls near the register. THEN Went to help another customer Meanwhile no one's at the register we waited again.We asked her is anyone on the register she said it's me WITH No I'm sorry please wait a few minutes will be right there none the above, we will never go there again. You guys need to start a training class before you put these young people behind the registers.

I smashed my foot on the metal door going into the dining room from the patio and had an injury that they should have helped me with, Doctor expenses and foot therapy!
However, their incident review team was the most unfriendly, unprofessional team I have ever come across. They denied my claim 100%, and were just a nasty group to engage. If I could I would give them 0 stars for the nasty way they handled the situation and injury that happened on their property!
My son started working with this company in June of 2022. It took almost a month for him to get paid. Once he received his first paycheck he had issues with the second one. The manager was no help kept telling us to call corporate only to be told lies. My teenage son grew tired of working and not getting paid when everyone else is receiving their paycheck so he quit which is what I believe they wanted him to do. Make It Make Sense. August 16 2022 and my son still has not received is paycheck after NUMEROUS calls to corporate and no resolution. Now I want to speak with the owner or someone because clearly Chipotle employees cannot do their jobs correctly.
Today wasn't the best experience at Chipotle. The employees were moving in slow motion, no enthusiasm. I asked for dressing with my bowl and 1 employee said they didn't have anymore, another customer asked the same employee, he asked the manager for her and the dressing mysteriously appears from the back. I asked for 2 which was after I paid and in return I was asked if I ordered a salad. I said no as I didn't but I do like to add the dressing to my bowl. Then the manager proceeded to lecture me about how the dressing is for salads and you only get one and next time there will be a charge... girl! OK! I don't nor didn't have an issue with paying for the dressing if I needed to, my issue is that I was originally told they didn't have any and then someone came right behind me and asked and then somehow Chipotle had dressing! That's not my only issue though... I go to the fountain to get my drink, it is FiLTHY! It appeared as if they hadn't sanitized or wiped down the area since they opened or the night before. There were no napkins available either so I asked another employee for some napkins... ya'll the young lady said they were al out of napkins!... What?!?! How?!?! I had to go to my car and get some napkins so my son and I could eat outside. I almost forgot I ordered chip and queso a large BTW. They didn't even fill my queso container up all the way. It was just not a great experience today at all. There was also a handwritten note on the door that read "sorry we are exact change or card"... Chipotle WHAT?!?!
My 8-year old tried to order a quesadilla. The staff told her she couldn't unless she ordered it online. When I asked for a quesadilla, they said only a "kid's quesadilla" could be ordered, but all others needed to be online. After a lot of confusion, I asked for whatever kind of quesadilla they could make, I would pay for. Again, there was a lot of confusion about what I could order or what was needed to be ordered online. Unacceptable.
No chips were available unless we ordered them "on/line" - again - unacceptable. If I have the ability to come in to the store, I should be able to others the menu. Who gets the meal w/o chips? Unreal.
For years my husband and I have gladly chosen Chipotle as our lunch go to. Yesterday was a big disappointment. Food was ok, we had Chicken Burrito Bowl as usual. But I have never pulled so many hard pieces of food from my mouth.
My biggest problem was the cleanliness. Especially the women's restroom. I typically check the underside of toilet seat before using. I could not believe how nasty it was. Not going into detail. The sink and it's fixtures as well did not look to have been cleaned for some time. The drain was backing up as I rinsed my hands. Menu signs are coming lose at front counter.
This Chipotle is going downhill! So sad. It was always so clean and no complaints on food. Don't think we'll be going back for some time.
Took my grandson to Chipotle. We were eating there. My husband and I ordered our food at the counter. My Grandson wanted a cheese quesadilla. He didn't want the quesadilla from the "Kids" menu since it is extremely small. So in order to get a regular quesadilla, the girl at the counter told me I had to upload the Chipotle App to my phone, create an account and order it on line. I was confused to say the least. Remember, we were sitting in the restaurant! The girl apologized because she clearly understood that it was ridiculous. I get a message on my phone that it will be ready in 10 minutes and will be put on the pick-up shelf (which we were looking at from our seats). So the pick up time comes and goes and nothing on the shelf. I walk up to the counter to see where the quesadilla is and find out its in a bag on the shelf at the back of the room near the drive up window. Seriously, all this for a quesadilla. In the meantime, mine and my husbands food was cold. The chicken bowl I ordered was terrible. Had to spit chicken into a napkin 3 times because it was so fatty and gross. The quesadilla was barely melted. And incidentally, it was $12.95. The only positive thing I can say is that the workers at the counter were very nice. Its these corporate policies they have to deal with everyday. I deleted the Chipotle app from my phone and will never go there again.
I have had it with Chipotle on Sheridan Drive Buffalo NY employees are RUDE & why would you have to order a quesadilla on App & pickup what is the difference of walking in an ordering one? So I walked out won't be back! Not to mention the last time I went there an employee was fighting with a customer right in his face screaming I left before it escalated anymore straighten this place out!
Such a nice worker. Best customer service ever. Seriously recommend chipotle! And delicious food. And the worker with a cool beard was so helpful. Seriously impeccable
I don't think it's too expensive for the quality of food that they provide. Also, I tend to get a burrito bowl and eat only half of it at a time, so when you get two meals out of one menu item, it helps cut down on the cost per meal. I also drink water because it's better for me and free!
When my gift card did not work a VERY kind employee gave me the meal free of charge, this act gives me hope for the world
