After many times of this same thing happening i finally voiced my irritation to the cashier. Got to chipotle and of course there was a line of about 10 customers waiting in line to get service. There were also about 2 to 3 people waiting to pick up their online order. While waiting about 4 min with no movement of the line i decided to start my stopwatch. It seems the chipotle in Newport News Va services online orders before any people already waiting in line. I must have watched the workers make about 30 online orders before i actually got up there to be serviced which happend at the 14 and 1/2 min mark. The online station is always closed and never being used when i go there. Therefore all online orders takes precedence over any people that visit the store to place an order. When i spoke up about my annoyance the employee stated yes everybody wants to eat chipotle. What kind of answer is that. Then he proceeded to argue with me and tell me i can order online if i dont like it or not go there at all. The reason i refuse to order online is because i see the way they make those online orders so NO THANK YOU. I dont want my food to be half assed so i go there to order to see what and how much they put into what i am ordering. Chipotle why have an online station dedicated for online orders if it is NEVER being used. The food isnt worth the time you have to wait. The service sucks and there is never any management present running nothing. I hate this Chipotle and they way they service their in house customers. It takes entirely too long to get your order and i should not have to wait for 50 online orders to be made before i recieve acknowledgement of even being there.
I ordered two chicken bowls on 5/19/22 from the Chipotle in Kansas City, off 102 and Stateline. One of the bowls contained ABSOLUTELY NO CHICKEN! If I ever go back, I will NOT use the app to purchase. I will order in person. Plus, the bowls were not labeled, so we did not know who's was who's. And finally, both bag and bowls were filthy, covered in smeared food and sauces.
Several problems with the app! Lots of error messages, not able to use rewards, and long delivery times if your order doesn't get canceled. At least half of my orders placed on app gets canceled with no explanations or help or apologies from their support or anyone above them! Last straw was Mother's day, and had 3 people show at restuarant picking up order, then they'd disappear. After over a hour my order was canceled, unknown why, then placed a new order, and after another hour, that order was canceled! No reason given, and no help from support. Deleted app! Just not worth wasting several hours and get NOTHING!
I am paying 5 dollars for a handful of chips and 4oz of queso thats barley halfway full. I thought I ordered chips and queso to share. No I got a portion that's not even sharable. There's not even enough cheese for the barley handful of chips I got. WTF is this. I wasted money on a sample. Seriously? This is ridiculous.
I drove to this location thinking it's conyers and not expecting this experience for the first time. The girl put a sigh on the door that said you all were out of lettuce cheese and vinegarette, which was false because when i ordered my bowl, the ingredients were there. It was asked if you all were supposed out of cheese then at least queso should have even offered for free or reduced amount. I've never been to a chipotle where ingredients were supposed absent with nothing in place of it. We get to the counter to pay and Simone is the cashier. I asked if you all had handle bags or were you all out of that too Simone smirked and said no. I asked for s handle bag and she said i could not have one. She then goes into s explanation under her mask that i couldn't hear and i told her that's the bag i prefer it's easier to carry i told her if it's that serious I'll pay for the bag. Simone moaned and frowned and had a tantrum going to a woman who was not the manager My sister then asked to speak to the manager. I then said to Simone that if she is this rude and upset that she probably doesn't need to be working the counter. Simone then ran up to the counter as if she was ready to fight, about bag and a woman proceeded to hold her back from jumping the counter all while my 7 year old daughter is standing there. The real manager came and cashed me out i told her i don't understand the attitude asking for a bag and i told her I'm probably old enough to be that young woman's mother and she was very disrespectful. I avoided this type of service in Lithonia and drove here only to get the same ghetto service from this staff. The threat the jump from behind the counter to fight and my daughter upset i should have called the police on Simone for her behavior. I go to chipotle all of the time and never once in my life have i been treated that way or told no. About a bag? I think Simone has lost her mind. I will be taking this all the way to the owner of this location if need be. I paid $9 for a bowl with a side of attitude and almost assaulted over a bag that she could have just handed to me. She said because i only had one bowl but the other bags are not sturdy at all.
I don't normally purchase from Chipolew, I prefer Pancheros. I won't go to Chipotle again. I happened to be in the shopping center so I thought I'd get a bowl to take out. The employee had no idea what barbarians is - I had to Google it because I didn't know. I get to the register and hand the register person $10 for a $9.54 bowl. He says they don't give change and points to a sign that says due to a change shortage they won't give change if you pay In cash. The change isn't the point - I'd put that and more in the tip jar anyway. I'm shocked that Chipotle is punishing customers who pay cash. Change shortage? Still? I know of no one else doing this in our area. It really shows what a shady company Chipotle is. This practice can't be legal. I'll be submitting a complainf to the BBB; this is unethical. I'm going to stick with Pancheros in the future.

Ordered in store 2 chicken bowls. To take home... NO CHICKEN... NO VEGGIES. RICE WAS HARD CRUNCHY... you can not call store. U can not get hold of anyone at chipotle... the receipt did not show what you wanted in bowls. Just said chicken bowls... emailed company after over a day. They offered CHIPS and qyacamole... that for no chicken in 2 bowls. No veggies and uncooked rice. WOW SO BIG of THEM! Never ever have had this bad experience and if dud have problems was given same order no cost!
My advice, keep looking for somewhere else to eat! I am so disappointed in Chipotle. I ordered queso dip that was supposed to feed 10-15 people that cost $43.20, and we received a small portion, about a 4X 6 size container of it. They said that was the correct amount, are you kidding me?!? It is near impossible to contact the restaurant, you have to go through there 1-800-CHIPOTLE number, then you get the run around. They said someone would be contacting me with a resolution but haven't received that communication either. So, yes you will get charged $43.20 for a 4X6 container of queso if you order from them.
I was in there today this evening with my friend I ordered a burrito with chicken and they ran out of it and I asked what they had so I'm trying their new chicken my friend wanted a quesadilla cheese a regular one but unfortunately they said that it's a kids one but to do a regular one would be online order which says nowhere there on the menu boards in the store that says it Wyatt said same as everyone else and he's the manager all saying it'll screw up there system I will no longer be eating there for they lost two new customers
Chipotle uses to be flavorful, but over the past couple of years, they are changing how they season. Their white rice used to be full of salt, lime juice and cilantro, now it is just bland. It had added a lot of flavor before. I like the sofritas, but is also much more bland lately. I have been going to different Chipotle restaurants in the KC area to see if it might just be a few, but the change seems consistent. I used to eat at Chipotle a few times a month. Now I go about once every 4 months, and I don't think I will even go that frequently - it's very disappointing.
Maybe if they hadn't broken hundreds of thousands of labor laws throughout the country then they'd be able to sufficiently staff their restaurants. Every chipotle I go to is horribly understaffed. Because of this, they run out of almost everything and don't have enough employees to restock. The burrito I had today was the most stale and inedible food I think I've ever purchased. It seems the only thing they had made in the last hour was just more hot salsa, even though there were probably 2 customers there and business was extremely slow. They never have anything in stock anymore, in addition to the botched orders that everyone seems to be getting. Most employees just seem lazy, or completely drained because of the lack of staff. I won't burden them anymore with my presence.

I can't believe how cheap this chain has become. I stopped at the Chipotle on the West side in Olympia where Litticha Hernandez is the manager, and asked for extra white rice and it was a $1.20 for another spoonful of rice that's absolutely ridiculous the spoonful of rice at the most would have cost what maybe 10 cents? It's a filler for heavens sake! It's not like I asked for extra meat! I can't believe how cheap they've gotten on everything. We will never be back. Maybe if we stop paying such outrageous hourly wages people could afford to eat out more often, and we would leave tips, but not like this. This is getting ridiculous. This inflation is going crazy and way out of line.
Called the number *******645 the number given to place a pickup order from Chipotle 1258 Hooper Ave, Toms River, NJ *******. Place my order and charged it to my credit card. When I arrived at the restaurant and was told they had no such order and were extremely rude and would not even listen to me. I checked my credit card and a charge from them of $30.07 was charged to my card. The people in the restaurant could careless. I tried to get assistance from the customer service PEPPER, which is really a computer system that does not help you at all. Was never able to contact a human person. Even tried to contact the restaurant again. Told I was being connect, just rings and rings then get a message enter your remote contact number and disconnects you. Went to this restaurant because they were hosting a fundraiser for my grandchild's school, Silver Bay school in Toms River. I will make sure that the school is notified and every school in the area to never never never use or trust this place ever again. BBB will be notified. From your review this seems to be the representation of your company.
There was a huge lack of Costumer service and the people were not very nice, there was no lids at the drink station and no forks for my bowl, they charged me for things I didn't get! I rate this a 0.5/5
1460 vine st Los Angeles afternoon manager is the rudes, brawl no manners person I ever encountered need to be replace or fire also the worker name yanci is disrespectful and incompetent she needs training or needs to be replaced she's not fit on the job same as the afternoon manager they will make chipotle out of business and ruined the reputation they are not good in a company they needs to be replaced I'm not coming back in chipotle and will tell everyone what worst service I experienced in chipotle, horrible service I can't imagine they hired a ghetto manager with no class very chaotic not fit for hospitality industry

Twice in two weeks we attempted to get chipotle for dinner and the same crap. We looked at the websites for locations near us and called to make sure that they were open. The messages said the locations stated that were open until 10pm the message also stated the locations were not taking online or phone orders at this time so we should visit the location so off we went. First location Westbrook Maine closed, South Portland Maine closed, Portland location closed the door in our faces at 6:50 pm. Gas is expensive and an hour round trip, never again. Stop supporting this poorly run chain.
I placed an order on the app and I put a time for pick up and it wasn't ready and I was told it wouldn't be ready for at least another hour. I have been trying to get a hold of customer service to get a refund but no success... I will NEVER be ordering from here again.
