I bought a tablet, within a fortnight it started switching off in mid use. I thn spent a lot of money returning it. 8 weeks later it was returned supposedly fixed. In fact it was worse than before and switched off even more frequently. They won't do anything, won't return my money, won't give me a new one. I have refused to send it back again at such expense and have nothing done. Don't buy from them, but where you can physically take the product back and get it fixed or your money back. Very, very disappointed.

I would advise not doing business with Chinavasion. I purchased a rear view mirror back up system. It lasted 30 seconds and that was it. I contacted Chinavasion about the problem. They told me to send a complete explanation of the problem. Which I did. I was then told I had to return the product to China. It cost me $25.00 to ship. Couple of months later I got it back. They said it had been checked out and was working. I installed it again and it was still dead. I contacted Chinavasion again. They said I had to send a video of the problem. Which I did. It was completely obvious the product had never checked but only returned. It was dead the first time and it was dead still. They told me I had to return it again. I told them I wanted my money back. They said I had to return the product first. If it was determined it did not work then they would give me money back. So I had to spend another $25.00 dollars to send it back. When I complained about how much I had to spend to get my money back I was told ( Well we had to spend money to sent it back to you the first time). If they had sent me another new one instead of the still broken one I would not have complained. They eventual determined it was broken. Which means they actually looked at it this time. They wanted to give me store credit which I refused. I did get some of my money back. But not all. Some how there records showed $30.00 less than my PayPal bill. So to do business with Chinavasion it cost me over six months of time writing emails, installing and uninstalling the mirror backup system and $80.00. Of which I have nothing to show for it.

Ordered a phone on 20-10-2013. They tell you they have sent it out hours after you have ordered it. This is so you can't get your money back when you ask where your item is. They told me it was sent but I found out it was still not mailed on the 12-11-2013. They refuse to give you a refund, instead they just pass you off with excuse after excuse until they have sourced your item weeks later and then tell you its on its way. Which it never is. Never buy from this company, they just deal out misery all day long. Look at other peoples reviews. I wish I had done so first.

First and above all, the service after buying something, if it's DOA, it is below zero. Even if you send them a video of the product that is DOA showing to them that it's really DOA, they don't refund you to your paypla account but they will refund you only when they receive back the DOA at your expense and that will be a refund on your chinavasion account, which means no actual money but you have to buy something else from them.

Secondly when you review a product that you bought, on their site, the review first passes from moderation so if the review is not 5 stars then it's not accepted and the customer only sees the good reviews. The real reviews are vanished and never accepted to be shown on their site.

Third, whatever you buy if they have no stock available, even if it was showing that stock was available, the refund is not made on your paypal account but on your chinavasion account. That means that you have to buy something else from them, when you wanted specific product that existed but then they told you that unfortunately they did not have the time to inform of no availiability. I think that is not right.

Fourth, some of their products, for example a tablet that I bought had misleading information, it said quad core on 1.6, when it came it was quad core on 1.4, can't be trusted I think.

But the most annoying above all, is that they send you products that they do not test first for being sure that they work. I bought a laser pointer, which they asked me to pay it through bank transfer because of limitations on paypal at the specific laser product, and then they gave me a link to pay it with paypal but not as being that product and when it arrived, it was DOA. Now they want me to send it back and if and when it arrives, they will refund me on my chinavasion account.

I bought a cellphone watch from this site that was AMAZING! It did more than it said it could in the review (txt, radio, internet, bluetooth mouse, etc.) Unfortunatly it was missing a piece. I contacted costomer survace and they took care of the problem after emailing back and forth for a few days. I also asked a bunch of questions about some sellphones about a year later, the responses were not very satisfactory... they started getting anoyed with my questions (I'm CRAZY PICKY about cellphones, I ask a lot of questions). So I rate the sit five star, costomer service two star, and products four star.
