Have had numerous purchases over the years and have always found the company to be efficient and reliable. Would not hesitate to purchase items from this organisation!
Just a few problems I want to mention:
A) advance payment through a bank in USA took 12 days
B) the bank deducted without informing me beforehand additional bank charges for 13 Eur
B) After 12 days the exchange-rate was different and chinavasion asked me to pay another amount to cover that difference
C) The delivery itselve took 12 weeks!?
D)...
Take the fingers away from this company. They have stolen my money and they will steal yours too.
CHINAVASION is a HUGE Fraudulent SCAM website. STAY far, far away from this website. They either take 2 months to deliver a product or you will never even receive it. Their customer service is non-existent because they NEVER respond to any emails. I ordered 4 items from them at the beginning of June with 7-20 days delivery time and have only received one of the items. Their policy states they will issue a full refund if their delivery times are not met, but it's hard to do when you don't respond to any emails. I also have a fraudulent charge of $14 on my card from June 28th when I haven't ordered anything else besides the initial 4 items. This is all-around the WORST Chinese supplier I have ever dealt with. Don't save your information because you will get random fraudulent charges, none of the items you ordered, or they will be delivered by 2023. If you have any common sense STAY away from this website. I learned the hard way and have lost hundreds of dollars. Don't make the same mistake! SERIOUSLY DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE! No matter how good the price looks, because it doesn't matter if you never receive the item.
Well I just placed my order so I'll just say placing the order was fast and easy. So I'll write another review after the shipment comes
No they haven't closed down, Just going through some big changes it seems. Not sure what they are yet, will see middle of November, Mean time they have some very cheap car accessories, just brought a heap of things.
Authentic source of quality electronic goods at very very competetive prices. Many items on this site cannot be found on other popular sites.

This is the second cell phone I have purchased through China Vision. Loved the last phone, I was able to get service in many areas, where other cell phone users were unable to get any service. Hope this cell phone is as good as the last one.

Scammers, I do not order the order for 650 USD, pay Paypal came only one phone for 136USD, other goods did not arrive, DHL delivery delivered 14 days and only one piece! Do not respond to customer support, do not buy anything!
I've used Chinavasion for years now. They provide reliable products for good prices. Sometimes the instructions are not in English or are incomplete.
