Chinavision is an unreliable site
Chinavision.com is a very bad site. The items ordered were either damaged or did not match the description. Face masks into which a filter could be slid into were only single-walled, so nothing could get in. Other orders arrived damaged.
You may get a new product, but you must have returned the defective product first. The costs are often higher than the amount that the products had cost.

I have dropshiped with chinavasion before and still do from time to time and they are ok BUT as long as they have stock for the products. What they don't tell in their website most of the time is that a particular product is out of stock so you buy and 5 days later when you realize it hadn't yet been dispatched, you ask them what's happening and they say it is out of stock! They say that they should get reestocked within 5 days for example and so you can expect the dispatch from 6 to 10 days (on top of those 5 days you already been waiting). Your customers get furious, want a refund and you get a negative feedback. That's what is like working with chinavasion. They are not honest about the stock on their website so you spend days messaging back and forth trying to get information and then finally a refund when you realize you can't wait. Very bad unreliable business.
However if they have the stock for that particular item you bought then they will send it just fine within 3-5 days.
I made an order March 14 with this company of over $250 dollars and my items have not been shipped still. I told them this been to long and I need my refund they told me that the items been packed so I can't. Fast do word 2 weeks still no tracking number or updates. Don't do it to yourself stay away from this company
I bought 3 items from this company. 2 were faulty and they insisted on the buyer paying shipping costs to return the faulty products. One product, an android phone was returned with a faulty keypad and was subsequently returned from Chinavasion with no fault found. It was obvious that the keypad didn't work on one side ( maybe they were incapable of getting it to work in QWERTY mode) So I have ended up over £100 out of pocket. And no regret from Chinavasion, in fact they insisted I send it back again at my own cost ( another £15.00) Give them a very wide berth in my opinion.
Chinavasion is one of the best wholesalers in China. I am very happy to do business with them. They have always the best prices and work with you if you encounter any problem.

The worst trader in China and possibly in the world! If you do not receive a parcel number and you do not receive a reply, the goods will send you the same time as Aliexpress but mostly money because they trade and use them as working capital for other trades if you want to cancel the order and send money back Arm yourself because they will be fooling yourself and you will be writing 100 reports a week only when you put it in a dispute on PAYPAL somewhere moves a refund. They are scammers, they sell something they can never have, and they turn their wholesale partners into fools!
