1. Chinavasion sells items that are not in stock, this alone is horrible for a drop shipper
2. Chinavasion will cause you major problems if you sell through Ebay or Amazon
3. I had a 20% failure rate with them on shipping (I have quit using them)
4. Chinavasion issues fake tracking numbers to avoid returning your money
5. Chinavasion will overcharge you on debit card transaction hoping you do not notice
6. Chinavision sometimes does not take the Money you payed them and it is returned to your account making it a nightmare to figure out where the extra money came from and if your item actually shipped
7. Chinavasion has poor English skills if you have a problem (they just dont care)
8. Chinavision can be hard to get your money back, buyer beware
9. Chinavasion actively uses Bait and Switch

I bought an expensive mobile phone in Chinavision.

I had to send the device two times, as first they have send me back the device in exact same condition without repairing anything.
I have sent it once more, after providing them a few videos with the GPS problem reproduction they said they will send me a brand new one - of course they have sent me exactly same broken device back,
Unfixed and did not even had slightiest decency for reimbursing for the costs of 1st return. They have explained that they rely on the producer tests after repairs while they state on their page they perform a Quality Control before sending back, and that seems to be a lie.
They have explicityle written they rely on the producer feedback!

Also they require Tax payement receipts so they attach it with the package (they say they do) on the return after fixing; to ease customs processing - BUT THEY NEVER DID IT, they have never attached my receipt and I had to explain and prove again and again that I had paid customs already and send the receipt on my own.

I do not recommend using they services as I have never been treated so badly by a seller.

This website is a scam. They send you defective products knowing that sending them back for a supposed refund is worth almost the same amount the product is. They are professional SCAMMERS. Buyers Beware!

Without going into detail, I purchased a product that was defective out of the box. This is what Chinavision Support told me, so if you shop there its at your own risk there are no returns!

Wilson [Chinavasion]: First we will clarify the issue, Chinavasion doesn't accept returns of products which are not faulty. If you order the wrong products by mistake, not as per your standard or order products that cannot work in your country

I have sent my THL 5000 phone back 5 times and it still doesn't work. I bought it last october and it is now September. They won't replace it. It has had multiple problems, they keep sending it back without fixing it properly. It goes into diagnostic mode when you switch it on because the power button and volume buttons don't work properly. I have told them all of this yet I still have a useless phone in my possession. 5 times I have sent it back!
Rubbish customer care. The worst I have ever had.

This is a company that is selling decent products manufactured in China, but does NOT conform to decent standards of service. My phone arrived broken from manufacturing, and where a better company would replace a broken product with a new one, possibly even advancing it with a credit card hold while the old one was being sent, I had to send the old phone back, and could not receive a new replacement, and instead have had to wait several weeks while it is repaired at the factory. Even for the low price of my purchased phone, I consider this unacceptable - I did not pay for a refurbished phone, I paid for a new one. Not only was my phone sent to a factory for repair, which took several weeks alone, after they FINALLY shipped it back to me, it became clear they have used the cheapest possible shipping, and that the repair did not happen in Shenzen, where the phone was sent, but in Singapore, so that it has now been 20 DAYS since the phone was shipped back to me, without an update on the shipping status, for a grand total of nearly two months since my phone was shipped back broken, and I still don't have the phone back yet. It is not worth the money saved to purchase from Chinavasion. This is by FAR the worst customer service I have ever dealt with, and I cannot recommend enough against them. If they can bring their customer service in line with ANY kind of real standards, they'd be a great company that I would be more than happy to do business with, but for now, the ONLY redeeming quality they have is their product line.

Bought a few things from them. Everything was accurate. Fast shipping good service, good online support.
