My brother tried to place and order for our niece and nephew, they charged him twice for the same order so he called and they said it was taken care of he thought everything thing was sorted out. The next morning he woke up to check his account and they charged him 4 more times after initial order. The bad part about it is that he never visited the website that next day so why would they charge him another 4 times? I just wouldn't recommend no one to order anything from them online and if you do check your bank statements. He so mad I dont think that he would be shopping with them anymore. To be honest if -1 was on the scale that would be exactly how I would rate that experience.

The children's place has gone from having nothing really happening online to having an app and a great site in the past while and I love them for it! They have the best sales in the world, which makes me super happy as a mom of four.

The site could have better photography but that only enhanced my experience since some of the tops I had thought were matte for my daughters actually had sparkles! This summer at least they've come out with a really fun, rainbow-ey style that fits my beach-bound kids better than the black and grey (*koff* tiny 50 year old librarian) clothes all the other stores are coming out with right now. These outfits are just so FUN!

I bought NINE OUTFITS at a 50% off sale for $125 CANADIAN DOLLARS! Some of the fabric is really thin and may not last long, but the pants are very good quality and last usually until my kids outgrow them. I mean at this price I could throw them directly in the garbage (I won't though!) after one wear and still get more value for my money than from any other store.

That and their bugs-bunny shipping (it practically got here before I ordered it, in one day not counting the weekend) makes them my favorite place to shop online.

You earn place cash for buying $20 or more. You can't use these for another month after you get them. When you finally can, it's 50% off the site with a code so you can't use place cash with the other offer making it expensive. They then say you can use up to 6 at a time. THIS IS A BLATANT LIE! You can use 2 at a time! They say on $20 or more. Another lie. I was at $29 and It would only let me use one coupon with the total being that amount after the coupon. I also sent them 2 emails regarding other issues with no response. I was getting emails saying $20 place cash for every $20 you spend. I go to the site and it's $10 for $20. It also said everything was 75% off when nothing was on sale. Again no response. I am now on hold for the 2nd time today trying to figure out their scam with the place cash. I am done with this store. There are plenty of other great kids clothing stores out there who don't jerk around their customers. I have made sure my friends who shop here as well know about this and they too have agreed to go elsewhere.

After being a retail store customer for several years, I attempted to place my first online order. After receiving email confirmation, my order was abruptly cancelled and I received no notification of the cancellation (discovered after order not received). After multiple emails and a phone conversation where I was given multiple theories about why my order was cancelled, the final email stated they couldn't tell me because of "security reasons". Guess they don't want my or my family's business anymore.

I LOVE The Children's Place! My daughter is 8 years old, and somehow I had never shopped there before. I bought her a dress from there for back to school, that I found on amazon, and it is so cute and the fit is perfect. After that, I ordered a ton more stuff on their own website. Everything is so cute and it's so easy to make nice outfits out of the various clothing items. Quality is always great and they fit perfect. And you can get really nice items for under $15, tons of sales. Will continue shopping there until my daughter grows out of their clothing. I only wish I'd started shopping there sooner.

The quality of the clothes are going down hill and the prices are going sky high. TCP used to have great prices and great sales, not anymore. One day they will have an items marked $8.95 on their website and they next day they have a HUGE blow out sale going on and all of a sudden that item is now $14.95 so even after the 20% off you still pay more. I don't even bother to go into the stores anymore b/c they are always a wreck and disorganized and the stock is very low. Some items don't fit the same. I can get a pair of leggings in the same size just different colors and one pair will be an inch longer than the other, very frustrating. I hope to see an improvement at least in their pricing and sales.

Our local store put up a sign saying, " Restroom is for Customers. Children from Mall Can Use Other Restrooms" The other restroom is clear on the other side, and we can shop if we have to stop! It is ridiculous for a Children's store to have such a lack of consideration for small kids and such a failing grasp of suggestive selling. If they only care for our money and NOT OUR CHILDREN, then I think we should all boycott! One child who frequently uses their restroom has Spina Bifida and will now have to hold it and walk a much farther distance! Unconsciousable!
