It was so easy to shop with ChicWish. This Tulle skirt made me feel 30 years younger! You can dress it up or wear it with leggings. It's so versatile and I'm so crazy about it!

I could not locate my order number when logged in. I reached out to customer service and they sent me a link to put my order number and email in. I was able to access the link but then didn't complete the return process and the link no longer works. I need to return some of the items I ordered.

Beautiful dress, fabric is of great quality and the measurements for as expected. I am pretty happy with my purchase!

I like the products that I received; however, the black organza skirt is listed as coming with a belt. I did not receive the belt in the shipment. I do not want to go through the hassle of returns, given the time it takes to receive product from the company, but this means that I will need to find an purchase my own belt, which is frustrating.

This was a cute top. The quality was great and it arrived on time. The only reason I'm returning it is because it was shorter than expected and didn't go with the outfit I purchased it for.

The dress sizes are completely off. And the return process is a huge hassle. The label wouldn't even load on the computer and to get anyone on the phone is impossible. Ladt time I order a dress here!

I bought the skirt and top after a search for "tiered length skirt" or something similar, without knowing what to expect.

It's beautifully made, as is the top, with high quality materials. It's a great price for an intricate confection. Very well cut and sewn. I had raving fans at the party I wore it to!

Need to return. I was hoping for a "heavy" look that would drape prettier.

I've been trying to contact them regarding an exchange I need. The numbers listed both aren't working numbers. I messaged them through facebook and instagram to no avail. My order shows as "Processing" but I already received the dress and it didn't fit. The system will not allow you to request an exchange or return unless you register for an account with them. I placed 2 separate orders and unfortunately I didn't register my account on the first order, the one with the dress that doesn't fit. Therefore, the system will not show my order and will not allow me to request a return / exchange. I'm afraid they will never get back to me and I will be out $70+ dollars for a dress that didn't fit.

This dress is stunning online but the quality is not there, I got it the day before my event and it was see through and the chest area was HUGE for an XS.

GOOD QUALITE AND THE SIZE was perfect, was a nice experince to do shopping, I will buying more clothes from this site

Honestly I was so nervous because I thought I was not going to get it on time. I emailed customer service and they responded within 24 hours, I told them I was hoping to receive it before Easter and they told me it shipped. A day before Easter I received my item and was elated!
The skirt is exactly as pictured and great quality!
