Easy to shop and order. The dress I ordered is cute and the colors are as advertised. Except there's about an inch of un-sewn part by the neckline area. I know how to use my sewing machine so it's not a big deal, but for those that does not sew or do minor repairs this will have to be sent out to be repaired.
I must mention I was very scared when I place my order. Many companies do false advertising regarding the quality of their products. Fortunately the dress is beautiful the quality is great and shipping was good. I will buy again and I do recommend it.
Easy to use. I have already purchased one of these beautiful skirts. Now this butterfly one is too lovely to resist, for spring!

Tracking the package was useless. It never worked. Took a long time and I got part of my order before my trip and didn't receive 1 of my items ever. No return info. To send back 2 my items.
The order tracking system was not up to date so I couldn't tell if it's really on my way or it's stuck at the airport for a week.
The top fit perfectly. The bottoms didn't cover my backside like I would have liked. I'm keeping the top and I discarded the bottoms.
The dress I ordered wasn't the length of what the website stated. When I contacted Chicwish's customer service, they were absolutely kind and understanding! Their e-mail responses were very quick, and I was so surprised that they went the extra mile and sent me photos... like photos they took at that very moment! The dress was beautiful, and their customer service was also beautiful.
I ordered the pink Tuille skirt with 3D roses. It's really beautiful. I ordered my usual size and it fits perfectly! I'm absolutely thrilled

I was skeptical at first. However, most of the products have customer reviews WITH pictures. That alleviated any concerns I had. Also, I have been very pleased with all of the products I have ordered and already received compliments on many of them.
Very good experience however on the checkout screen, the shipping options text was overlapping the other information. I did my shopping on my iPad, in case that makes a difference. :)
When finding the right size, the information given for this dress was accurate. I chose the right size by the given information. The dress itself if light, fitting and modest. There is an invisible underskirt which provides security. I absolutely love the dress! I don't give up the opportunity to not wear it
