Easy to find products and navigate website. Support Team response was fast too. I do wish there was better labeling for items that needed to be restocked because 2 of the items I ordered weren't labeled for restock until I emailed the Support Team. I don't mind waiting longer to receive them, but I was hoping to have them in time for Christmas.

Website slow and took ages to load PayPal. Took a while for delivery to arrive. Products look great on models but up close not good quality.

The caramel colour is just perfect and goes with everything! It is soft, cozy and as I am short, it covers me nicely. The detailed sleeves and chunky knit are stylish and just right for fall and winter. At work and being active it is great without buttons because I throw it on and take it off throughout the day. One of my favourite cardigans this year!
