Waited weeks for order to arrive, no tracking system on parcel until I contacted customer services and the quality if the items certainly not worth the money I'd paid.

Easy site to view - lovely clothes, great quality and design, and great value

The dress ordered is wonderful. Shipping took longer than expected but it was shipped during the Christmas season so that can be expected.

I found it Chicwish to be a nice surprise! I was sure the dress would not be great quality or maybe nothing like the photo but I was wrong! It was great! I was notified as shipping progressed and the dress is beautiful!

The faux leather jacket was cute but didn't work with my planned outfit! The v neck tank looked cheap if you saw the armholes and did not look to be well finished. The skirts were very long but quality was just ok. Ended up having to return everything. Will update on how return experience

2 of the dresses are beautiful but a bit small. The black shirt and top are nothing like the picture and not such good quality/fit.

Everything is good except your return policy, I'm waiting on an answer of credit, I wanted to apply to this order but there is no way to use your credit from an return order

Surprised how easy it was to complete my order. Happy I got free shipping and applied a discount code

I was concerned as my order took over 3 weeks to arrive plus folks had written the company was scam. However I wrote to customer service and they wrote my sweater was definitely on its way. When it arrived the sweater is BEAUTIFUL and great quality. I am very happy I did not cancel my order!

I absolutely adore this store. Not only are they reasonably priced, the marierials used in their clothing is definitely high quality. I've ordered a few skirts recently through them and am in love with all of them. They fit like a glove and are beautiful!

Highly frustrating shipping experience. The website showed my order as "closed" before the last item was shipped and NEVER had tracking info in the "tracking info" link. Claimed multiple times that the item I ordered had sold out, but the website never reflected that the item was low stock or sold out despite other items on their site updating with such info during the same timeframe. Customer service was very pleasant, apologetic, and prompt to reply to email, but it seems like they had zero ability to actually resolve problems or track an order through their system or prioritize an order placed months ago over any new orders when a product might have sold out. They offered me discounts but after over 2 1/2 months waiting for the last item in my order, it didn't make up for the service from the warehouse/shipping side of things.

Clothing products were nice. But don't order expecting to wear them during the season they are for.

The items came really quickly.
Quality not want I was hoping for and the color is not what was described.

I like the website, and the different inspiration on how to combine the different clothing.
But I dont like the clock that spins around to urge me to buy stuff. It stresses me and makes me more reluctant buy.
However I'd did end up buying 3 items. And they were in a really nice quality - I absolutely love them!

The online purchase was quick and simple, I currently live between USA and Spain and once I entered my address the website immediately picked up my current zip code in Alicante Spain without any problems or street confusions.

The site is easy to use and has so many lovely things. I esp liked the discount code I can use immediately.

I received my 3 items and one just did not work out so I've returned it. The customer service group was quite helpful in this regard.

I've worn one skirt a couple of times and received many compliments on my outfit. The other skirt I have not worn yet, but it's just gorgeous and I will wear it in the spring.

It is 05.01.23 and I am still waiting for Christmas presents to get to me. Very very sad. Not a good feeling at Christmas to have gifts for some and nothing for others. Trish

I had no problem with purchasing. So I give my honest opinion when I see the quality of the material.
