Fast shopping, very pretty dress, but had to send back due to being too small, size up when ordering clothes/

I thought my order was taking a little longer than I thought it would. I contacted chicwish they immediately got back to me. On line sites don't do that. I'm definitely going to be a customer..

The order arrived earlier than expected and as shown. I really can't complain about anything! Discount code didn't work so I get in touch with customer service and they applied discount for me and I got 20% off (refund) 2days after.
I am very pleased with my first order and look forward to buying more from them in the future.

Great selection of beautiful things. I have made 2 other purchases from Chicwish and have been pleased with the quality of the items and the ease of shopping.

I found the top I ordered was too small and the skirt far too long.
However, my return was dealt with smoothly and I was refunded promptly.

My last order didn't work so I had to send it back. It was not an easy process as I am in Canada

Originally I thought, fun clothes at reasonable prices! The site was easy to use. Good discounts were offered. I was looking forward to getting my first order! I suppose I have gotten what I paid for. I followed the sizing measurements, and both the pants and skirt are tight in the waist. The Sunny Days pants are extremely constricting. I'm not returning anything because I am positive it will be more of a hassle than it is worth. I didn't realize when I ordered that this was coming directly from overseas. Things were out of stock and I was not kept informed. It had been a week since I had placed my order without any communication except that it has been received (which made me worry since I had never ordered from this company before) so I reached out to them wondering where my order was. Once I messaged I did get a kind and patient response back quickly, that was the only positive thing I can say about my experience with this company. I had to reach out another 6 days after that inquiring when my order was going to ship. Again a quick response, but still, waiting 2 weeks till my order was even ready to ship wasn't something I was aware would happen and made me nervous that I had gotten scammed. It would have been helpful to know that things were out of stock and my order was delayed up front.

Easy, and aomewhat fast (it was much faster the first time I ordered but since I didn''t need anything super fast it was ok.

Good overall communications, tracking etc, unfortunately I had to send a few things back - easy to return and quick to refund

Quick and easy- very fast delivery and the skirt is amazing. Fit is true to size, and the length is perfect (I am 5ft 8) and it is a proper maxi skirt on me:-)
