I accidentally ordered in smoke instead of black. Didn't notice straight away. Still pretty though.
Took a very long time to receive the second part of my order. Some of the items were ill fitting. Trying to start a return and I am not able to access this part. Have followed the instructions on how to create a return and get the code but my account is saying that I do not have items ordered or past 40 days, which both are untrue.
Had to go up a couple sizes on 2 shirts that I purchased. Went back to the website, entered my information, printed out the label, sent it back via USPS. In a couple of weeks, that included Christmas and New Year's, I received the right sizes. Couldn't be happier!
Normal, not outstanding, average, find these constant feed backs a little annoying, the service should not need cinstant prompting by sellers, uf oeople want to praise a company it should be their choice

I bought this maxi dress and the dress looks beautiful (as shown in photos). Great quality, but only wish the dress was a bit longer. I got the XS/S and I'm 164cm in height. The dress stops just above the ankle bones.
I had accidentally ordered the wrong size initially so I contacted the customer service team via email, they were quick to respond and promptly corrected the size on my order. Overall, I'm happy with the experience.
I always enjoy a nice shopping experience. The size ' s ' in pants was a bit on the larger side than expected. However, the quality is good. In my opinion, high quality.

I bought this dress to wear to a wedding in December. I am 58 and 5'5" and 125lbs. I ordered a small. It was a little bit big in the waist but not enough to change sizes. The length was also a little longer than the one on the model. The dress was SO comfortable to wear all night and I got sooooo many compliments! It definitely looked more expensive than it was. Very fun and festive. Very pleased with my purchase and would love to find another event where I could wear it again!

This sweater is perfect! My new favourite sweater. It looks just like the FP ottoman tunic but for a much better cost, while still high quality. I want to order another one in a different colour.

Would like to see woman of a certain age, as I am 48 and medium size. It willl be nice to see how it fits and also, it's easier to choose when you can see the clothes on someone (for the ones that has no manequin).
