No Customer Service Number...chat is useless... ordered and takes too long to ship...

Fits big. I usually wear a large but could have ordered a medium and still had flowy sweater look. Thin knit but warm. Santas look good.

Availability of sizes. 15% discount Jacket was not true to size, excellent quality, true color as advertised, it almost took 30 days to receive my order, blouse fabric was of poor quality. I ordered the largest size available, therefore I returned the product via USPS

First time on your website, i liked that you have many Cotton items as i am allergic to many materials and in need of nice cotton/ rayon tops!

Sehr schöne Sachen, allerdings das erste Mal bestellt. Rücksendung ist leider nicht zufriedenstellend. Barcode gab es keins und man muss von Österreich dann versichert um die 15€ zahlen. So kann man keine Auswahlbestellung machen...damit man vergleichen kann.

Realicé un pedido el 4 de diciembre con envío urgente(previo pago de 18€) y hoy 15 de diciembre no tengo el pedido ni respuesta por parte de la empresa, si escribes te contesta un ordenador automático.

Your clothes are show stoppers. They are so unique and classy for all age groups. However, I placed my order on Nov. 15 and received it on Dec. 5. Why is there such a delay?

Quality is very good. Absolutely love it. I bought a jersey and a sweatshirt. I went a size smaller and it's a perfect fit. Will definitely order again.

Ordering was very easy and there was so much to choose from. Although the items I selected did not work out, the returns process was very easy and efficient. I will definitely order again!

I ordered 5 items in hopes of putting together an outfit for a holiday party. I paid for expedited shipping which was supposed to be through DHL. I received two of the five items and when I tracked the remaining three, it said they were delivered. I sent an email to customer service. She sent me a USPS tracking number which said the items were delivered to a postal locker. They were not. When I emailed customer service again to tell her this, she just told me to contact my local post office. I told her I paid for DHL delivery, not the post office and that it was their mistake that they needed to fix and could do the leg work on finding the lost items. She (Siu of customer service) has since ignored my emails. Not a reliable company and I wish I had known this before placing my order! A big thumbs down.

Instead of 10-12 delivery days, the attempt to deliver took 24 days. The parcel could have reached its consignee on the 24th delivery day if only DPD would have rang the bell, phoned or left a notification. None of that happen so it ended with cancelation and refund.
