My shopping experience has been good as it is easy to navigate the Chicwish website and has arrived safely. The item did take a while to arrive and when tracking it, it appeared to be stuck in transit. I contacted ChicWish by email and received a reply promptly which reassured me. I received the item soon after. So all in all my experience was good.

I liked the sizing guide that allowed me to browse products suited to my shape. Products arrived in a fortnight in good condition. I found the website could be difficult to navigate at times.

Lack of free shipping and free returns (when you placed an order between £160-340) is a huge barrier. If I see a similar product on a different platform such as zalando or John Lewis I'd more likely shop there with oeace if mind I can exchange for better size without paying shipping and returns.
I also didn't receive an instant email confirmation which made me worried.
Straight forward to order, unfortunately my order took a long time but this was not the fault of the company.

I was worried it wasn't going to arrive by Christmas, so in that regard I was happy. Shipping updates seemed to be somewhat slow. The item seems to be a very nice, quality made piece. However, the size is too big. I am hoping the exchange process goes smoothly.
Experience was good except I didn't get the 15% off my first order even though I provided my email address and phone number. Also it took a while to arrive.

The quality is excellent the price is excellent. I would even say the customer service is excellent except for I had an order that was shipped to me and it was not right and I shipped back the pieces that were shipped to me that I did not order but I never got the pieces that I did order. But the quality of their clothing is actually really impressive and the price is excellent when you consider the quality.

This was my first purchase. I bought 3 skirts ($49.90-$59.90) to wear to my office holiday party, 2 weeks in advance hoping I would be able to wear one of them. However, only one of the skirts arrived just in time but not the other 2. I followed up with ChicWish after 3 weeks and the rep shared a tracking number and said check it in a few days. The USPS tracking number shows "label created, not yet in system" even after 30 days, 12 days after the rep's email. No further update. I wanted to try all three skirts and make a decision if I want to return any. The return due date on first skirt is in a day and I do not have the other 2. I am not able to cancel the order although the items are not shipped. I am very disappointed by the service. Will never make any purchase in future.
Ordered a Christmas jumper and skirt still waiting and it's now been nearly three weeks with no advice. Tried to cancel order as no longer required but unable to as it said the site was unavailable. Emailed and no reply. Contacted via FB over five times and received one message saying someone would contact me…. Still waiting. Have today received one item and the other is being sent now. I do not want these items it's too late and Xmas is over but because they never contacted me I will now I expect be charged to send these items back! My money was taken within two minutes of placing my order yet 25 days later I'm still trying to cancel an order I no longer need and am being ignored! Will never use this company again
I bought a pink cardigan during december and it was very warm and stylish. Please do purchase. Love it!
