Fast responses and easy ordering. On time shipping

The delivery took weeks! Not the 7-10 days, my first order was in January, after a month I received an email saying fabric shortage, but that was only after I email customer support. Tracking was different, coming from China.

The dress is much larger than indicated in the measurement chart, the lining does not cover the front openings, the buttons were poorly fastened, and the return process is very difficult; it indicates that I should take the package to my delivery company of preference, but those companies don't recognize the return code.

The shopping experience was nice, I just needed to return my dress. I have no received confirmation about the return.

The clothes are nice, elegant and good quality, but the delivery time is not correctly communicated. Some items come in 6-8 days but other items come much later and it was not communicated when to expect the items. I had to contact several time but they never gave me a delivered expected date.

I was not notified when my item was shipped or provided with a tracking number until I enquired about my order weeks later. The tracking link did not work. However, I did eventually receive my order over a month later and am satisfied with the product.

Fantastic first experience of chicwish. Quality items that actually look like the pictures. The "buy the outfit" feature appealed to me.

I purchased my second skirt from ChicWish- a belted A-line midi, and am thrilled with the fit and quality. I got so many compliments from the first skirt I ordered, and I can't wait to wear this to a bridal shower next month! Checkout was seamless and the product arrived in the expected time frame.

I was very leary about trying an online site for clothing. In the past, it took forever for the pieces to come and the quality was less than stellar. Chicwish has totally blown me away with their efficiency, quality of clothing, and the fit of clothing. This is my new favorite site!

Every item I purchased from Chicwish has been perfect. The only negative I have is that sometimes items can take a while to arrive but definitely worth it!
