Only got one star so that I could write this review. Item was NOT at all as shown, asked for a refund on my $40 item and they wanted to give me $3 "and keep the item because it's easier"! Finally after a week of back and forth convering over whatsapp, I am getting my $40 back. They gave me a label to ship back to, but didn't tell me that I am paying for the shipping to return it and won't be getting that money back. I found that out the hard way AFTER I sent proof I sent it off. That cost me another $13. I'm now at a loss of $25. Customer service is rude and unprofessional. Honestly, buy with caution if you do it!

Item was cheap, uncomfortable, was nothing like the photo or how it was described
The quality of the orders were very poor, and my attempt to return the items - oh my gosh, ridiculous. It takes 24 hours for the chat to respond and they kept giving you incremental percentage of refund amount (10%, then 20%, then 30%)-- when I demanded no less than 80% refund, they said they cannot do it, the maximum they could offer is 50% refund! What a crock!
For the purchase of this top it was great. It felt nice on and look okay too.

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
