I love chicme but you have to be very careful you pick a size bigger than you are and you will be just fine. I was not satisfied with the earings it all broken up

I would describe my experience as 'OK' I got what I paid for but they took a long time to arrive and the dress was slightly smaller and cheaper looking than I had hoped.

I was trying to return an item after two days of the delivered and they answered after 4 days and dont even explained what should I do to return it, I keep trying to comunicate with them and no answered at all so now its been 14 days since I received my order and I cant return it

Easy to use website. Delivery was much quicker than I expected. Plenty of styles to choose from. I'd just like it if the description stated real or fake pocket, solid or sheer, colour, as I think some items didn't state colour. I would recommend.

Shipping is a bit much. I don't believe I will be ordering from this company again. The experience was not a horrible one, it's just that I don't need to purchase anything else.

Worse experience I have ever had interaction trying to get a full refund, will never buy again and will inform those on all its platforms to be very careful as they will try to hold on to your money and will send back email's stalling hopefully that you will give up. I have reported this's company to the Fair trading group and in the process of communication with my lawyer.
