Really nice dress, nice material, good style. Fits well and was delivered fairly quick.
The items ordered were either too small or did not appear as shown. I made a request to return all but the bathing suits. Despite what the return policy states, after several frustrating text and email exchanges I was only offered 15% refund. ChicMe refused to give me a refund. I will never place an order with ChicMe again.
Both tops I liked. Long sleeve lace top was a bit long and I don't tuck tops in. I shortened the length and looks better on.

So, I don't write reviews, normally. Although the customer was okay, I received one of the outfits with a hole in it. Next, tie dye blue jumper was made out of a fabric. I didn't recognize it almost felt like paper. I thought it would be a blend of cotton and spandex. A softer combination considering how short the jumper is.
Products no good no address to send blouse back even though I've emailed a few times with no response.
From the beginning till the end was weird! Currency was in dollars! Product comes from china! No tracking or follow up once you buy the item! In general i won't buy again.
Dress didn't fit properly so I wanted to return it. But they kept offering me partial refunds which I declined. Eventually they agreed to let me return it after numerous messages. Whole saga has put me off.
I ordered these tops but had to wait over a moth to receive them but overall I am pleased with the fit although one top varied a little bit in size but still was ok
Order 3 items, one was out of stock. I was given option of a refund or selection of a replacement item. I requested a refund as I didn't want a replacement item. Every morning I would have an email saying to pick out something else…I finally said to process the order and issue a refund for the one item or I would cancel the entire order contact BBB. The next day I had confirmation the refund will be issued and the remaining items shipped.
It took a long time for my order to arrive. This left me really anxious despite ordering over a month in advance of a specific event that I needed it for.

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
