Beautiful dress and of good quality for the money I paid

Enjoyed the whole experience shopping with ChicMe and I suppose until you get the products it is very hard to know what the quality will be until they arrive. But I was vey happy with the quality of the products it was the sizing which lets ChicMe down.
I had to contact customer services due to requesting a return and found that communication was very quick and clear. Although I was unable to return the products due to the type of product - these items were bikinis.

Easy to pick and send money very difficult to get some one to respond they waiting for return window to be closed b⁴ response is NOT cutting it I bought 5 dresse I can only actually use 1 the other belt is small. Return my finds for two dress and resume stickers I do NOT want them I can't give them away I need the money back to repurchase my summer dresses

Easy shopping experience. Shipping time was accurate and notifications kept me informed of the shipping progress. Not all of the things I purchased fit or were high quality (pretty standard across all platforms imho) but I found some gems that I love wearing-really cute

I was a little hesitant at first about ordering. Saw this dress it was different from a lot of other similar sites. There is a lot of variety. Ordering straight forward, prices are good. Delivery very quick. The dress is as described, impressed with the quality and fit.

Needs to be more fitted it's like u don't hv a waist trainer on and am a thick women

I also ordered some t shirts previously all labelled medium, one was very large two were too small. One was that weird material again but it looks like t shirt material in the pictures... again... my sister may like it.

Please work on your shipping, it takes too long to receive an item.

Was not satisfied at all. Did not fit or look like nothing of the picture.

I received my items in a timely manner. I was so pleased that I placed another order immediately after receiving them.
