We have purchased dresses and other garments from you a good few times and found the quality very good although the sizes have to be a bit bigger which we did take into account. This time the time to receive was a bit longer than anticipated although understandable in the present pandemic climate.
My original order was all too big for me but received partial refund and a voucher which i bought the sunglasses they are the only thing that fits

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
