It has taken over 5 wks for items to arrive. It's are poor quality and now I am being offered 10% off the cost instead of sending back. They will not refund me!

This item doesn't reflect how it looks in the pictures. It's poorly made. Does not fit properly. Will not be purchasing from this company again.

I ordered two sweaters Chicme 6 weeks ago. They sent me tracking that showed it. Supposedly love China. I reached out because nothing ever arrived. They just kept telling me to wait and wait. I asked for a refund and they flat out told me they won't be refunding I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company and I made a complaint to the FTC and included all my emails back-and-forth with the merchant. I would not recommend ever buying from this company.

Poor quality already come unstiched and very short in the arm length and I'm no giant.

Lots of items to choose from and very easy to navigate.

The boots I bought were not placed in a box and came delivered squashed and creased. The coat I purchased was supposed to be a size 12/14 and was more like a 18/20.

I received so many compliments on my red sweater. It was perfect for my company Christmas party. The green pants that was a hit as well and a lot of people complimented the color. Both outfits were true to size.

Products were not as pictured and sizing was off. I could only receive a 50% refund on my purchase. Also the clothing clearly smelled like cigarette smoke.

They have cute clothes for cheap but keep in mind the clothes aren't the best made. Cute though! It is ridiculous how long it takes to arrive. I realize they are overseas but they take a month or so before even shipping. This past time I ordered I hadn't heard anything for 4 weeks so I sent them a message and they said they were waiting for one of my items to be made. They should let you know that they aren't in stock when you order so you can decide if you want it 2 months latwe

The delivery took quite so time! The items I purchased was just as I ordered!
