I accidentally ordered using correct email address but unread of. Au st end I incorrectly typed. Ay. I could not see my order or track it & after many messages via cust service I asked could they order be added to my account or change the email address ( which did not exist) twice told my order was added but it wasn't. A real headache considering sane details used from my previous 3 orders/ payment details the same etc. I really needed to ensure this order was linked to my account, but it still does not show up. I couldn't confirm I received the order recently as it's not been added to my orders/account.

Easy to do business with... orders arrive n are packaged professionally. Good sizing n colours as described.

The dress doesn't match with photo on website only about 60%

Most of the clothes are of the same material. Too complicated to return items.

Top was way to big. Not true to size. Return process near impossible.

Not happy with the purchase

On receiving my goods I was not impressed with packaging. The sizes were not as indicated and poor quality. When I tried to return my goods which were no good to me I was offered 10percent of what I paid for the garments I obviously refused as why would I keep garments that are no good to me which I was told I could keep then it was 20 percent... I was not happy and ended getting my money back after returning the good I will neva be buying again from the company

Overall I have been delighted with everything that I have ever ordered. The size chart is very true to the size. You cannot beat the prices!

Dress looked so lovely. It was the cheapest quality fabric and sewing. I could have sown it better… and i don't know how to sew. Glad price was low, too much $$$ to return it. Bummer.

I was suppose to receive a $10 credit from previous purchase but never received it from you.
You post prices but you don't indicate the distant has already been deducted from ending balance. You make it appears as though we would save additional 35% etc. when that's not the case. False advertising.

Everyone wants to know where did I purchase the dress and how beautiful it is.
