I was suppose to receive a $10 credit from previous purchase but never received it from you.
You post prices but you don't indicate the distant has already been deducted from ending balance. You make it appears as though we would save additional 35% etc. when that's not the case. False advertising.

Flattering top, comes up big so do not order bigger than your size.

I don't mind waiting for a product so long as the products themselves are in good order. Sadly this was not the case. The dress I wanted to be amazing was sadly awful in quality material and the finish on the hems (mostly stitching) with elasticated ends was awful and becoming undone. Why not just remove the cheap elasticated finish, and simply machine run a lovely simple finish? You'd actually save money!

I have been trying to return an item. A matter of days after receiving the item I went onto the website and tried to return it. I had a response offering me a discount to keep it, but there is no way of replying. I have tried live chats, but it cuts you off whilst you are queuing and then you can't get back in. I eventually managed to send a message via a feedback link and was told that the 14 days had expired so I couldn't return the item. I replied to that, asking fir a return address, because I had made the initial contact within the 14 days and all I got back was something asking me to rate my experience. I want to return the item and get a full refund. Is it that difficult!

One of the dresses I bought I would have returned because its far too small to be a large. Unfortunately I couldn't find on the website how to get a return ticket, it's not very clear. I've given the dress away. I do like the clothes on Chic Me but would be nervous to order again incase this happens again.

I have had great experience's with ChicMe but this last order sorta upset me. I bought the snakeskin dress and it was 2 sizes too small.
