Purchasing the product was ok, but returning it has proven to be quite difficult!
I contacted customer service about returning this dress and they initially said to me, don 't bother sending it back & we'll give u 20% of the purchase price back. I said no, I wanted to return it and get 100% of my money back. On each email, the percentage of what they offered to give me went up!
It was like a Dutch auction using my money. The whole thing was very strange. I've never had this happen to me before and I buy a lot of items online.
It seems very dodgy to me..

The product took over a month to arrive. Very disappointed with quality of the clothes. Very cheap fabric and not well made.

Experience was fine. Product no good! Disappointed in the flimsy nature of the material. Colours beautiful.

All was very good and I am satisfied. I can recommend it

Order the items and came over a month later. When I finally got the products, most of them did not fit because it is cut much smaller than stated. There's no full refunds or returns so be careful of choosing the items carefully

Das Kleid bestand aus billigstem Polyester. Das Kleid ist nach ein paar Mal waschen völlig entfärbt gewesen und auch die Oberflächenstruktur hat sich zum Negativen verändert. Es bildeten sich kleine Fussel.

Zum Kaufvorgang: Ich habe das Kleid nur ansehen wollen auf der Homepage, aber nur durch einen weiteren Klick hatte ich anscheinend den Kaufvorgang abgeschlossen. Dies war nicht wirklich zu erkennen. Gut, ich hätte aufmerksamer sein müssen. Aber es bestand auch keine Möglichkeit einer Stornierung in dem Account. Die deutsche Übersetzung im Account ist auch miserabel und sehr missverständlich...

I only received one item that I ordered the tank top. The service was so slow and lousy I cancelled the rest of the items. I was sorted $12 out of my refund. I asked for it but got no response. I must say I was very disappointed with the entire experience.

Order in plenty of time. Mine took a couple of weeks to come so it missed coming on holiday with me.
