Requested to return the items on the day of delivery, chicme representatives wasted the 14 day limit by continuously offering me vouchers and partial refunds and once the 14 days had exceeded they refused to allow me to return the items!
This is against Consumers Regulations law for overseas shopping! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

I couldn't return these dresses so had to take a partial refund. I would have preferred returning these dresses. I now have to take them to a dressmaker, or give them to someone bigger but who?

The clothes are cheap but than again so are the prices. You get what you pay for

Unfortunately, I was not pleased with all my items. After the long wait, it was very disappointing. I decided to keep one because the material was so cute, however it 's not the best quality, but for the price it's ok. The other two items, I'm returning.

Took too long fir delivery. And size xl. Was way too small. It looked like a size small even though says xl

My experience was good while shopping and looking at all of the different styles and sizes that are available for me to pick from..

As always my order was of great quality and the styles I love, but I ordered this time for my daughter's graduation outfit. When I ordered I forgot to rush order and was not able to change the shipping method so I received it after graduation. I tried to change right after the order when noticed so can the option to change shipping method before the oder is shipped be considered as an option in the future?

Delivered in a timely matter. Will be shopping from there again

The materials or patterns don't match the photos in many cases. Too bad.
