Like the looks of the dresses and was happy with my first purchase. Trying two more and was not happy.

The shopping experience was quick and easy, I got the Items in a timely manner, However, upon receipt of the items I was very disappointed. They were not true to size, the quality of the items were very inferior and when I wanted to return the items the customer service representatives kept on negotiating with me and took a really long time to honour my request for a refund and give me the address in which to send the items back. The biggest issue I had was that I had to pay to ship the items in order to get my refund
