I love the clothing and it is always great quality. The only issue I have is how long my orders take to arrive.

I just received my jumpsuit from Chicme and I'm beyond impressed! The quality is absolutely amazing — super well-made and feels luxe. The fit was spot on (true to size), and shipping was surprisingly fast. It looked exactly like the photos, if not better in person! Jumpsuit delivery time was longer than expected, but the product was worth the wait.

It's nearly impossible to navigate to initiate a return! First, you spend multiple days in a "chat" before they ask you to keep a defective product for 10% off. A few days later you will be offered 50% off of the useless item. After about 10 days and threats, they will allow you to return but the cost of shipping is paid by YOU and if often equivalent to your 50% refund. Oh. And there are NO exchanges. BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK! In this day and age of free returns, easy exchanges, and guarantees, this company offers NOTHING. I mistakenly purchased twice from this company and will never do it again. I mean it. Save yourself the money and frustration and just don't purchase from Chicme.

Hate the timing. Took like 3 weeks to receive after I placed my order.
I ordered 2 jumpers one green one black both a size small. One of them which is the green one is shorter than the other one and they both suppose to be a small NOT. I consider one of them are defeated. Im not happy with that!

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
