I have emailed company and still no response as to where my order is

I love the clothing and it is always great quality. The only issue I have is how long my orders take to arrive.

I honestly don't buy clothes in the states anymore.your quality, variety & thickness on winter clothes can't be beat!

I just received my jumpsuit from Chicme and I'm beyond impressed! The quality is absolutely amazing — super well-made and feels luxe. The fit was spot on (true to size), and shipping was surprisingly fast. It looked exactly like the photos, if not better in person! I'm so happy with my purchase and will 100% be ordering from Chicme again. Highly recommend! 💯

Jumpsuit delivery time was longer than expected, but the product was worth the wait.

I received my dress, very cute and complimenting on me. The only thing I have a problem with is my breast. I'm slightly too heavy and the button pulls terribly. I wish it had better coverage!

My order was good for the most part, the downside is it right at a month to receive this order and thats just too long to have to wait for anything! I probably won't order from this company again!

It's nearly impossible to navigate to initiate a return! First, you spend multiple days in a "chat" before they ask you to keep a defective product for 10% off. A few days later you will be offered 50% off of the useless item. After about 10 days and threats, they will allow you to return but the cost of shipping is paid by YOU and if often equivalent to your 50% refund. Oh. And there are NO exchanges. BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK! In this day and age of free returns, easy exchanges, and guarantees, this company offers NOTHING. I mistakenly purchased twice from this company and will never do it again. I mean it. Save yourself the money and frustration and just don't purchase from Chicme.

Hate the timing. Took like 3 weeks to receive after I placed my order.

I ordered 2 jumpers one green one black both a size small. One of them which is the green one is shorter than the other one and they both suppose to be a small NOT. I consider one of them are defeated. Im not happy with that!

It was find however I'm trying to get replacement buttons for my suit! I would love help!

Pants are nice but the waist band is. Wet small, I picked the rite size for me. Very narrow.

I'm not crazy about the elastic that's around the torso but I can deal with it

The order took a long time to arrive. Order was as expected.
This review has also come some long after delivery and it did not specify what the review was for? I had to check my order to remember.
This put me off doing this review although I was happy with the order once I remembered what it was but all this waiting has put me off wanting to purchase anything from ChicMe.

Neither of orders delivered, they blame the currier, no one cares to resend or refund what I paid for but never received

Ordering was easy via the website and received order confirmation straight away. Goods arrived promptly and fully met my expectations. Love the fact that I don't have to wear a bra under the top and the support is excellent.
