I was very disappointed with my outfit, not abit like the photo and can't send it back because it's too difficult to get a return tag, I will never order from you again.
The top was exactly as pictured. I got many compliments when I wore it.

Back in October I purchased an item from chicme and I am still waiting for it to be delivered. It is now the end of November. After several emails from chicme telling me it was unable to be delivered and I should contact the post office, which I did. The post office did not recognise the tracking number. I have asked for a refund and chicme are telling me because the package as already been shipped I am not entitled to a refund on the shipping, but I can have a refund on the package. My issue is why have I paid for something I have never received. I feel very disappointed by the treatment I have received and will never buy from chicme again or encourage my friends to either.
Took a while to get here but are exactly as described…I would go up a size from your usual shoe

The products I like but it took almost a month to get them delivered! When I contacted customer service they said it was due to items being popular and out of stock? Why items are being advertised on their website that are out of stock is beyond me! Got offered a £5 voucher to use with them by way of an apology which I don't think was good enough. Don't think I'll be using again

Company initially offered 10% refund and said I could keep products. I said items didn't fit and I wanted to return items for full refund. The company then fought me in returning items and out of my frustration with dealing with company I accepted 50% refund and kept items which I gave to charity as they didn't got me. I have no faith in this company and will never purchase from them again. They do not back their own policies

I ordered some things back on September. 3 weeks after that order was still no shipped. I contacted customer service and asked them to cancel my order. They didn't and shipped anyway.
I returned the order and they refused to refund my money… over $130… PayPal wasn't any help either… this is just a scam company… don't buy there. Clothing quality is awful

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.

Answer: Because they are a scam. I am in the same boat. Don't give up, dispute it if you can. Don't let those thieves keep your money. And you will probably never get your package. If you do, wear a gas mask while unwrapping because it'll smell as bad as it looks (nothing like the ads!)
