The item I ordered was out of stock, but no one let me know until I enquired where my parcel was.However I will say they dealt with my refund very quickly once the problem was made known to them. I would therefore consider ordering from them again.

The clothes came quickly and fashionable they're different

The jumper dress was nothing like the one advertised, the material was very cheap and nasty (it was similar to the red fluffy cover you put around the bottom of your Xmas tree
They then informed I had to pay £5 postage to return it, even though the item wasn't wearable and very poor quality. I've thrown it away now as too much inconvenience and cost to return it. I will never buy from them again

Spectacular! Beautiful stunning piece. Color was perfect. Completes my jewellery for upcoming family wedding.

I ordered a Christmas dress at the end of November and got it 2 days after Christmas. Now I have to wait a full year to wear it smh!

Absolute joke of a company when trying to send stuff back! It takes days to get an address and if u do get one, you've run out of time to send it back

Placed my order and all was well, when nothing arrived after 14days or no communication of dispatched items I had to contact them to be told one item was not available so they were waiting to send all at once!
No communication before this and they allowed me to pay for the item that was sold out and showing as available on the site!
A refund was given eventually

I was very disappointed in the quality of the clothes I bought. They looked very different from the pictures online.

I wanted to return an item but the company continuously contacted me suggesting partial refunds. I was very disappointed and will never use them again.
Eventually I was refunded in full.
