I wanted to return several items of what I ordered. It's been three months of hell. They never responded to me until I filed a complaint on pissedoff.com. Then they responded to me but would not tell me how I would received my refund. Exchanged probably 15 emails with them and they will never answer that question. This company is a mockery of customer service and should be shut down. Never ever order from this company!

I found your cancel/return process a bit annoying, maneuvering around in your website is not easy there's no simple request, would you like to cancel would you like to return the item. The items shipped and again just trying to figure out the return process was difficult and all I kept getting was we'll offer you 10%, then it was 25% which is little or nothing. I won't be ordering again

My experience was bad spent way too much money for things that I thought were going to be beautiful only to receive them and it was not that... poor quality cheap fabric and I feel like I got ripped off would not recommend to friends and will never order from chicMe again

One small outfit didn't fit. The one I loved the most had a hole right in the front, ugh. One outfit didn't come with match shirt. One was perfect.

Items missing and replaced with the exact same dress as another which was disappointing, all together 2 out of 5 dresses weren't available however the dresses I received were good quality and as described, arrived fast too.
