Items missing and replaced with the exact same dress as another which was disappointing, all together 2 out of 5 dresses weren't available however the dresses I received were good quality and as described, arrived fast too.

Took awhile to arrive which I was slightly disappointed about as I'd ordered it to wear to an occasion and it didn't arrive on time. Took about 3 weeks for delivery of the item.

My experience so far, is that the company is an integral company. Although I've only ordered 2 dresses, they were exactly as shown and had no delivery problems.

I ordered 5 dresses and 2 of them too small. You should be sent the returned label at the same time when you shipping sent it to costumers. That way easy for buyer to resends the items.
