Customer service was bad and the actual product I was disappointed how low quality it is

Beautiful dress, good quality, unfortunately it was too small for me and they don't do a bigger size. I'm a Uk 14 and a large is only a Uk 10

Long waiting time between the order and delivery. The prices are very low, which is good, but this effect the quality of the products and fabrics. Overall not too bad.

Dubious about buying again. Fast postage... not same quality material as it seems in pictures

Arrived in 3 weeks to AUSTRALIA. Thought I was shopping in Australian $$. But was US $$, bit of a shock to bank balance. However would buy again!

Vairs šeit neko nepasūtīšu. Liels gaidīšanas laiks, kad preci iepako un izsūta. Ilgs gaidīšanas laiks uz piegādi. Divas kleitas neatbilst pasūtījuma izmēriem. Viena pa mazu, otra pa platu. Diemžēl vairs neko nesūtīšu!

Dress is more silver not black like it looks in pic

The item did arrive but was not suitable for my body type! I tried to return the item but was unable to get a return address! Buying online for clothes is very disappointing especially when it doesn't suit your stature! Returning to China is not an easy process!
