I read many bad reviews about the return practice from the seller's side but couldn't believe them. Until it happened to me.
When I contacted the seller that I'm not happy with part of my purchase I didn't get any information about returning the items instead was offered a discount tfor my next purchase. When I refused the offer I got bigger discount but no refund option
After several messages I finally got the return label with a bar code. I sent the items attaching the label. I didn't send it with registered post as it had the bar code. Unfortunately the seller turned out to be unfair and refused to refund because I don't have a tracking number. When I mentioned they could check the return using the bar code I got from them for the return they just told me they cannot track my parcel without a tracking number. From the begening very bad experience. Will never buy again from this seller as he doesn't respect buyers.

I order all my shirts size 4XL they either fit like a large or didn't fit at all. I cannot buy from here again lesson learned disappointed
