Experience with customer service is excellent and shopping on the website was great.

Sizing seems a bit strange with UK size 24 showing as 2xl with small bust and waist size!
Make sure you order the correct size fit/some items not true to size. Goods sent out from UK but if you need to return them they have to be sent to China at your cost! Or you can keep them and get a $5 or 5% discount hence I personally won't be ordering from them again!

The first person on the live chat made no sense regarding size They kept saying it was normal size but not stating what that was. Thankfully, someone replied to my message on your FB page that clarified for me. And thankfully, that particular item was a great fit and I loved it.
I was happy with 2 of the items I bought but one was completely different to how it was described (the shaper panties) and not a good fit. It was not high waisted, as described and definitely not a butt lifter.

Whilst I appreciate the price indicates lower quality I have found better providers elsewhere. On short CHIC ME gives you what you pay for. Other companies surprise you. Not awful but certainly nothing to get excited about.

I loved the blouses that were pictured and ordered 4. They took over a month to be delivered and when they were I was extremely disappointed. One of them wasn't even constructed properly so I threw it away. The other 3 were cheaply made. Don't be fooled by their pictures.

They negotiate a percentage of your order that you don't want, so you don't have to send them back. Return shipping is very expensive and not worth it.
