I want to return some items but can not get an answer to how to go about returning things.
Products arrived timely and I really liked the quality.
Great prices. Material is good in some items but not all. Shipping takes forever and return procedure is horrible. Overall check out reviews with pictures and decide for yourself.

I originally ordered a dress from this company and it was very nice. My second order however, was awful! The fabric was very cheap! One dress felt like it was made from drapery/curtain type fabric and the other from sandpaper and was super, super long…to the extent where it has to be hemmed. The items took weeks to arrive and when they did come, all of them had a super awkward fit! I guess I got lucky the first time! Won't be ordering again!
It took 5 weeks to get the few items that I ordered. When they finally arrived they were all too small. I went by the measurements on their chart to order my items, on a dress that I ordered they told me they would just give me 30% off and keep the item. I had to give the dress's away because it was too small. The other 2 tops were too small. I sent them back and still waiting for them to send me a larger size.
