The style of the dress was great, but quality could have been better. The dress material was so thin it should have had some kind of lining inside. Also should have had those plastic straps inside to be able to hang dress on a hanger.

First, DO NOT PURCHASE FROM CHICME! I wouldn't recommend you to purchase from this site. Yes their clothing items are cheap but so is the quality. You get what you pay for I guess. However I didn't think I was also paying for a poor customer experience. When I received the items, nothing fit. Either too small or too big. (Not true to size). One of the items had a high next with fitted pearls and it didn't fit close to neck and hung low in the front. Unless my neck gains weight I will never fit it. My order was over $100 so I reached out to customer service to get a return address in order to exchange my items. I originally wanted to exchange for a different garment since nothing I purchased fit. But after corresponding with them back and forth for days I was offered a $12 store credit and asked to keep the clothes I can't wear. This process has been the worst online shopping experience ever. I will never shop with them again and wouldn't recommend anyone else to. Returning or exchanging items should not be that difficult. Not a satisfied customer at all.

The clothes are dollar store quality and don't try and return them it goes in a black whole and you never get your refund. Worst company ever!

The delivery took forever. It was over 5 weeks. WE are now at the end of September and I ordered early August. PHotos on line are a little deceiving. Some of the fabrics very deceiving.,
It was good except one item which totally is different
Everything was pretty and if they were the right size I would be stepping out looking fabulous but even though I ordered all PLUS sizes everything was too small and I am normally a 2X and ordered a 3X

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
