I was nervous a little bit for the first time ordered stuff from out sites of knowledge experience.

Especially using credit card but turned ok

I attempted to return several items that were just extremely small for a medium. Chic me started with an offer of course 10% of the purchase price of the items I wanted to return and exchange. I told them I preferred to exchange them. Well after a series of many emails they go from 10% to 20 all the way to 50-% of the items I want to return. I had to reiterate numerous times I want and exchange. So then I go back and forth attempting to get a return address or an address to send the items to, yet again the runaround. FInally after going back and forth over two weeks they say I'm pass the 14 day return. Are you kidding me! They have horrible customer service. Attached are a few of the transactions between us

Fabric not good quality. Was concerned because the site said the item had shipped but it could not be tracked until it reached the US (even though the label had been printed), which took a long time.

Products are easy to find. I had to purchase a size larger than I usually do

Those shoes are not what showed in the pictures. They are plastic and imitation shoes. I already claimed that O want my money back. And I do not have a solution yet. I did it the same day I received it.
