Good clothes some are good others I have been disappointed
Wanted to return my item as not as described. Very difficult to locate how to return. Then have to wait for responses. Then eventually an address. Then you pay for posting yourself. Then they tell you it is not received by them. Then when I sent my proof of posting. I only received £14 of a £24 item. And had to pay my own posting. Will not from this site again.
They were an XL and we're like a medium they were to small and cheap material. And way to long for delivery!
Not thrilled with several of my purchases this go - sizing very inconsistent and polyester really can't be ironed. May or may not order more - first order was great, this one not so much. Did receive a Halloween print poncho hoodie and the print was messed up, they are sending another, we'll see. They did note it was after the 14 day period - no tracking information at all beyond shipping but I did not get it until only two days before I contacted them about the problem!

You can tell that the products are not from an American company. Everything is too small, including the shoes.

We ordered. We received our order. We were out of Dinant. It is explaining that we advised you that your clothes could not suit after the 14 days delay. Reason why you rejected the return of these clotlhes "as the delay of 14 days is over". OK! But for us Chicme, it is NEVER AGAIN!

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
