Sizes were too big even though I used measurement chart. Material on some items were a bit cheap looking. I kept necklace as it couldn't be returned. The returns process was a little difficult, as twice I was encouraged to keep the order. In the end it cost me $60 to send the items back. I was very grateful to receive my refund.

They do not honor their return policy. I contacted this company the next day following delivery via email. It took about a day to receive a response. I was asked to provide a reason and photo of the items I wish to return. I was than asked for my measurements as the items didn't fit. Each reply took 1-3 days to receive. The next correspondences were an attempt to negotiate how much they were willing to pay to avoid a full refund. 1st it was a 10% refund next it was 20%. They explained it would be easier. Still not providing the information needed to return the items. Now im told my request has exceeded the 14 day return policy. This company is a rip off. I don't understand how this company is still operational. Please save your money and purchase from a more reputable company. I would not recommend the products.

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
Answer: I agree. Order one size they send the wrong size, and when you call them out on it, they lie and say the size they sent is correct it's just too big, as though I don't know my size! Especially when the other items same size do fit!

Answer: Because they are a scam. I am in the same boat. Don't give up, dispute it if you can. Don't let those thieves keep your money. And you will probably never get your package. If you do, wear a gas mask while unwrapping because it'll smell as bad as it looks (nothing like the ads!)
