Delivery took longer than expected. Seem like it took forever for the product to arrive...

This is my first purchase. So will see how I like it.

The clothes that I order did not look the same. The delivery took long.

Product not as advertised very unhappy trousers are long and don't turn up as shown in picture as there white underneath so can't even turn them up

I love all the clothes I purchased, just came later than I expected.

All my items were lovely except for the two sets of bikini & cover ups. The bikini tops far too small for the correct size I chose.

Took a while to arrive and want true to size. Nice dress but does not resemble the same material as shown

The dress I purchased did not state its a full-length fishtail dress (major detail) and I probably won't wear it as altering it will cost more than the actual dress itself

Lovely dress, good quality. Only problem was that 2 buttons were broken which meant I had to buy & replace all buttons.

It took more than i expected and they said the event was reschedule if not weren't had it on time

The shirt is too small and all out of proportion cant get my arms into the lace sleeves the black straps are too loose and the rest too tight and short.

Sizes were too big even though I used measurement chart. Material on some items were a bit cheap looking. I kept necklace as it couldn't be returned. The returns process was a little difficult, as twice I was encouraged to keep the order. In the end it cost me $60 to send the items back. I was very grateful to receive my refund.

Not very good horrendous trying to return items takes forever to process when they do but speedy to take the money

They do not honor their return policy. I contacted this company the next day following delivery via email. It took about a day to receive a response. I was asked to provide a reason and photo of the items I wish to return. I was than asked for my measurements as the items didn't fit. Each reply took 1-3 days to receive. The next correspondences were an attempt to negotiate how much they were willing to pay to avoid a full refund. 1st it was a 10% refund next it was 20%. They explained it would be easier. Still not providing the information needed to return the items. Now im told my request has exceeded the 14 day return policy. This company is a rip off. I don't understand how this company is still operational. Please save your money and purchase from a more reputable company. I would not recommend the products.

Photos different clothes are not like the photos really
