One of the work dresses I ordered was pictured with a belt, but the item arrived without belt. It wasn't until after package arrival that I read the reviews to see many other clients expressed their concerns that pictured item was misleading. This was my first order with ChicMe and possibly my last.
It doesn't show how to wear the clothes as in the three lace piece I was confused with all the many bands on it
The quality is terrible, $#*! customer service. You have to apply for a refund. I was offer a $10 credit to keep everything, then 10% refund to keep everything, finally got them to agree on a full refund. Demanded that the products were shipped back at my cost within 7 days. Had to list each sku and had to be in original bag each item was shipped in, had to email proof of shipping with tracking and weight of package. There is one item that I still haven't received and there hasn't been any updates tracking info in 14 days, they are still refusing to refund the item. They clearly do not value quality or customers. Don't waste your money or time on this terrible place.

These clothes are similar to Shein, equal prices, quality is hit and miss. Reviews take a while to post too. Shipping is slow, takes atleast 3 weeks to get your items.

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.

Answer: Because they are a scam. I am in the same boat. Don't give up, dispute it if you can. Don't let those thieves keep your money. And you will probably never get your package. If you do, wear a gas mask while unwrapping because it'll smell as bad as it looks (nothing like the ads!)
