Easy to order, prices are great and product was as exspected arrived quickly it is true to size

Took a while to arrive which was fine. I ordered a medium size after reading the measurements, I am a UK size 8-10, and the products were quite loose on me, I should have ordered a small. So I would say sizes are actually larger than the measurements shown.

I placed my order 1/30/24 and never received it. I am very disappointed.

I ordered a product by mistake to my old address and it was sent back. After few weeks I got it back with no extra charge. That's what I call an excellent service. Thank you.

The item was perfectly fine, and it looked beautiful, but it was just too small. It came just in time for Valentine, which was greatly appreciated. My wife thought it was a wonderful gift despite being small and size.

After ordering some dresses for an event, I wanted to return the ones that I didn't need. It took a while for customer service to get back to me. Each time when someone finally respond I would example I wanted a return then it would take several days to respond back to let me know that they prefer it I would keep the dresses and give me 30% back. I said refund! (If a person said refund that what they meant) I ended up having to keep the dresses that I don't need.

Experience was good and the item that was ordered! But it arrived nearly a week after the estimated delivery date not an issue maybe have better estimated times of delivery.
