I really loved three out of the five items that I ordered. However, when I wanted to return two of them, because the dresses were extremely small for their size, I contacted customer service. It has been about three weeks now and no one has responded to my email and directed me how to do so. I do look forward to hearing from them in order to me again in the future.

Terrible never again, I would never purchase again or will tell people to stay away

I had a good ordering experience overall. I purchased 3 items; 2 out of 3 items fit great. The material is nice and I received the items quickly.

I ordered what appeared to be two beautiful outfits for a trip overseas and almost a month later, no items. I want a refund because I will not be have the items needed for the event I ordered them for. No matter what, I will never order from them again.

I placed an order on October 25,2022. I received an email or notification that it was shipped out 4 weeks later. Two days later I receive another email asking if I received my purchase and if I haven't to respond to that email within 24-48 hrs. I respond letting them know I didn't receive it. Then they claimed it was shipped November 29th and takes 10-13 days with a tracking number. When I check the tracking number USPS it says label created not yet in system. Today is now December 4th. I will NEVER order from them again!

It is easy and convenient to order. However, I'd like to have an easy return policy.
