I really loved three out of the five items that I ordered. However, when I wanted to return two of them, because the dresses were extremely small for their size, I contacted customer service. It has been about three weeks now and no one has responded to my email and directed me how to do so. I do look forward to hearing from them in order to me again in the future.

I placed an order on October 25,2022. I received an email or notification that it was shipped out 4 weeks later. Two days later I receive another email asking if I received my purchase and if I haven't to respond to that email within 24-48 hrs. I respond letting them know I didn't receive it. Then they claimed it was shipped November 29th and takes 10-13 days with a tracking number. When I check the tracking number USPS it says label created not yet in system. Today is now December 4th. I will NEVER order from them again!

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
Answer: I agree. Order one size they send the wrong size, and when you call them out on it, they lie and say the size they sent is correct it's just too big, as though I don't know my size! Especially when the other items same size do fit!
