Ordered a top which was too big, and nothing like the picture when arrived. I tried to send it back, but was offered a 10 percent discount and keep the top and then 40 percent and 50 percent. Why would I want to keep top that to big for me.i sent the top but never received my refund

Finding how to return items isn't easy and other sites are free returns so I prefer them

I order three items I only like the shoe I was not happy with the two outfits

It would've been nice to know that the merchandise was on back order ahead of time.,instead of finding out after I paid for it that it was on back order., so disappointing

Great experience other than my top I ordered was not in tack.
There was a white pearl button hanging off the top and it was tangled in one section

The order took ages to come which was expected, when the order came it wasn't anything like the picture, thin material and didn't fit properly. Trying to get hold of customer services was difficult and then when I asked for a refund on the product was asked 3 times if I wanted a 30% 40% or 60% refund and not the full amount. Was then told I would have to pay £5 to send the item back. Safe to say I won't be ordering again!

I order in November and never received anything I asks ceveral time for my money but never get it back.
Now they send the order again pffff and I must wait it is march now.

I contacted customer because 2 items were missing from my package. Customer support basically said I was a liar. So I never got a refund or the 2 items that were missing

Split delivery took 5 weeks to arrive to the UK. Communication with Customer Services was initially difficult and unhelpful but eventually after a lot of chasing, got a status update.

Online tracker didn't work properly.

Sizing not consistent across clothing and some fabrics feel really cheap and stiff.

I'm unlikely to order from ChicMe again.

Waiting over 3weeka for the order poor quality trying to get a refund and they are saying going to refund half
