Took several weeks to arrive. Poorly packaged. Would ask for refund but I may never get my money back.

Had lots of loose threads and broken zipper. The colors and style of dress was perfect. Whomever put my dress together was in a hurry and diss a poor job.

Very good products and good client services. I recommand those! The cloches are exactly as the image.

This particular item was an odd one, because the sweater fits, but the dress is way too small and has very little stretch. The material is also too see through for comfort.

The second outfit was not true to size.the material was as very cheap. The picture online looked better than actual product.

Nothing truly fit like it fits when I by in the USA. But everything other than size were as seen.

If you order something and it doesn't fit or not what you aspected and want to return the item, they only give 10% refund what you payed..

Dispatch and delivery takes a long time, would be best to let people know how long at the point of order, so they can choose if it's going to be with them for the event they purchased for.

I am sad to say I was disappointed in the out and the exchange policy. They kept trying to offer me a percentage off my next purchase opposed to helping me actually get the size of outfit that fits. I am stuck with this outfit that is to big as I have to pay the shipping which is half the amount of the outfit. Outfit was jogging pant material, not nearly as appealing as in the description or photos.

Hope the delivery is just as great as your selection!

Not as good quality as displayed in photos. Flimsy flannel.
